Freddy’s is the best, my first time at this location and it was great. The staff was great and store was super clean.

The manager was awesome, I think his name was Nick. Burgers are burgers, but he asked the right questions to make it over the top. Enjoyed the visit, it was clean, service was fast and the staff were great.

Did not get our burger with what we ordered on it. They made a second one and gave us a cheeseburger!! No gravy for chicken strips!! No salads on the menu. Ridiculous!

Here we go again. These window orders are never right. Went there today, ordered a double cheese burger, chili dog, two orders of large fried and two frozen custard. When we got home, this is what we had. One Cheeseburger, one large order of fries, one hotdog nothing on it, NOTHING! The custards were small and not frozen. I am so sick of this. This happens so much in Ozark. From this time forward, I will park, get out, go in and check the bag before leaving. Ozark is the worst I have ever seen. PERIOD!

This was the wrist experience I've ever had at a Freddy's. The service was terrible and te food worse. There was no one is there. The store was dirty, the food cold and the employees rude. I called to complain and was hung up on by the assistant store manager.

Excellent service! The manager here caught us being overcharged accidentally by a new employee. We also noticed a very kind young man politely collecting trash and unused trays. The food was terrific. Good burgers and the fries were done perfectly. We usually like Freddy's, but this one is better than most!! Very clean!!
