Kory always manages to keep his restaurant and menu up to date, exciting and ever changing like the decor.
The rolls are creative and meticulously made to order. One of my personal favorites is the Monkey Brain. Don't let the make fool you, it's delicious! The crispy outside and your choice of protein in the middle lightly drizzled with sauces makes it a symphony for the mouth.
The presentation of each roll is very well thought out so it's not only a feast for your tastebuds, it's also a feast for your eyes.

What really makes Geisha stand out is the presentation. If you’ve never had sushi arrive on a boat surrounded by dry ice mist this is your moment. It’s dramatic, fun, and totally social media-worthy, but the best part is that the quality of the food matches the show.
I’ve tried a variety of their specialty rolls, and every one has been fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The Mizzou Roll is a local favorite for a reason it’s crunchy, creamy, and hits every note. Their tempura is perfectly crisp, and the fish always tastes clean and fresh. Even their miso soup and seaweed salad are a step above the usual.
Service has always been great quick, polite, and willing to explain the menu if you’re unsure what to order. Prices are very fair for the quality, and they have good lunch specials during the week.

I used to love this place. Loved their monkey brain avocado and spicy tuna, with a miso soup. But unfortunately this time around it wasn't good. The soup was way too salty and the monkey brain had no spicy tuna. The place has really gone downhill. My server was lovely though, but all the same I won't be back. Food quality no Bueno.

Very tasty, very clean and the service was really good! Their sushi is generous with good portions and a good value for the money you pay. Definitely worth the try if you're looking for a good sushi place in Columbia.

The pork kimchi dumplings are huge and delicious. The Fried oysters are perfectly crisp. I had kimbop roll, it was divine. Also tried the shrimp tempura, very good. Tried spicy tuna and salmon. They were both okay. Didn't have the crunch some rolls have. Had a spider roll. Get outta here. It was delicious. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

great place to eat, unless its for togo. i ordered 2 aloha rolls and they both came without the sushi and i had spent $30.. all it had was avacado and cucumber. and the patato and cheese k-corndog had little to no cheese in it. the food is fantastic when done right but i was dissapointed this time

First time going back since the menu change. Not a fan tbh. Ordering sushi was overly complicated, it used to be you just order a roll with the toppings and what not on it. Now you have to pick a base roll and choose ur topping. We also got calamari and it was almost like eating fish sticks. You also got more rolls but way smaller than previous times also didn't seem as quality. Overall the environment is the same, friendly staff and a nice place but the menu change ruined this place.
