We were told most of their dishes here have been the same since the 40’s and they’re absolutely delicious. Blackened red fish is a must try. Also, the restaurant ambience achieves a perfect balance of preserving its history while also adapting to the modern one. The menu might not seem very long, yet every dish is unique. A must visit restaurant in Columbia.
There was no wait, they offer indoor and outdoor seating. We loved the drinks and appetizers, there was even complementary champagne. The atmosphere is fancy but you can still dress pretty casual.
I can’t believe I was able to have such a wonderful meal at 11:00 at night. This place should have been packed but, we ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Jerry took great care of us. There was a complimentary wine tasting and bread before we had our dinner and cocktails. I got shrimp and grits with a Grapefruit Paloma.
