I had to call because our order had not been delivered after 1.5 hrs. I got disconnected twice. The first person I spoke with was very pleasant and tried to help by checking the status of the order then on my 2nd call offering to put the order in then offering to get the manager to give a refund since we had other plans and no time to wait another hour. One of our favorite restaurants in Columbia! Been here three times, yet to have something we didn’t love!
Had beverages with a friend from out of a town and the bartender, Sami, was delightful!
