I came into hardees today to get breakfast. I ordered 2 Frisco breakfast combos one with extra ham a chicken biscuit combo an extra order of hashrounds and a chocolate shake. When I got there they told me they didn't have the chicken or milk shake. I could substitute for equal or lesser value but they could not refund my money or the difference if I got somthing lesser value. So instead of the chicken biscuit I got the bacon egg and cheese which cost less so I lost money there and a sausage biscuit instead of the shake so I lost money there. So when he hands me my food all he handed me was a bag with 4 sandwiches. I asked about the drinks and hashrounds. He handed me the drinks and a bag with the hashrounds there were only 3 hashrounds when I ordered 4. Finally I got all my food. When I got home all 3 drinks were supposed to be dr pepper but they were rootbeer. And one of the Frisco sandwiches I paid for extra ham and did not get it. This order could have not been more wrong what the eff hardees I know employees are hard to get but seriously one mistake okay maybe two but this was ridiculous.

This place is under new management and what a difference it has made. They are friendly and quick with drive through orders in the morning. They even made heart shaped biscuits on the Monday before and on Valentines Day. What a lovely surprise. Keep up the good work!

The $2.99 A1 Double burger was nasty, thought it was "Onion Rings" not just onions. Cutting corners? Great way to promote bs served through a window by people that don't give two cares in the world. ?I'll promote your business style live on twitch layer this week, and you'll never know. ? The worst I ever had. If I could give negative stars it would be negative 10. Front door was locked from inside and a guest had to let us in. Then we got our food it was cold and the buns were burned black. We told them about it and gave me another sand with cold bun and my husband's was also burned. They said it was because they were using butter to toast them. LOL!! Tell that 2 someone who hasn't been working in restaurants for over 35 years. Food was hot and fresh. Biscuits fluffy and fresh. The problem was we didn't get what we ordered. It makes me think they shove whatever they have the most of because you're in the drive thru and people don't always have time to pull everything out of the bag to see if it's correct or not. You trust the workers to pay attention and do their job right.

Going through the drive thru took like 15 minutes, which isn't great for a fast food spot. Very slow, and the service wasn't very friendly.

Last order was back in the summer. Placed through Hardee's website for delivery, they didn't have what I ordered, was told by doordash the order would be cancelled multiple times (got other food in the mean time), it took me contacting the 3rd party delivery company for them to stop sending drivers for the order that was supposed to be cancelled. They still took my money of course. Contacted Hardee's support multiple times, took OVER A MONTH to hear anything back. If you aren't going in person don't bother.

I was ignored for the drive thru. Granted their was only 3 people.. they weren't that busy. I did not get a hello welcome in nothing. I had to sit down an come back before I got any attention.. my money spends just the same..

Man this place must have the poorest management I have ever seen. Even the manager doesn’t care about the company. I just drove into the parking lot and was about to walk into the store when I was met by the Asst Manager outside and told I could walk around the drive thru because dinning in was closed then when I got to the window the manager and his employees were hiding loke they was scared to put in work.
