Nothing delivered, phone out of service. Hope I can get my money back. Disappointed.
Great costumer service. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Cookies were warm and delicious! Loved how understanding and patient the cashiers are!

Lady at front walked passed us at least 10 times in 10min and didn't come to the front or even make eye contact with us once. She never asked what we wanted, just silence. Only thing that ever came out of her mouth during the whole encounter was the total. At least the cookie was good!

These cats know how to make a peanut butter and jelly cookie and they are always so sweet to me when I bring them homemade food! Love them and their cookies
Parking: Just have to loop the block til a spot opens up and the sweetness is worth the extra mile!!!! Yummy
Kid-friendliness: They are always so helpful even when we bring our grands along!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out of even with my wheelchair buddy!

Good cookies, customer service has gotten worse, though. Pretty disappointing.

Best gluten free cookie I’ve ever had in my life for you gluten free peeps !!!!
Great when you need something sweet.
$13.50 for 6 cookies that aren’t hot and rock hard. Hot Box used to be the goto spot, but now they’re not the same. Very disappointed.

For a cookie that cost more than $2, I was really disappointed. They were the small, cold, stale, flavorless, and crunchy/crumbly. I could get a better cookie from a cellophane wrapper from a grocery store. I won’t be back.

Hotbox cookies are the best--they are delicious, consistent every time, and taste just as good the next day (still soft enough and not all dried out like other cookies can get). Been eating them for almost a decade, and never felt like they aren't worth 5 stars!

Cookies were ok. First time back in columbia after about 5 years and the cookies were flatter and didn't seem to be as good as they used to be. They did show up fast though. Ordered a dozen and one was completely plain I'm guessing it was supposed to be the snickerdoodle.
