Good customer service. Cookies are quite basic and very thin. Nothing very special besides the different options they provide including ice cream and drinks.

My new favorite place for cookies! They are fresh and warm and absolutely delicious!!! 4 star only because I hate the location. It’s so hard to find parking or get back out of the parking spot. But, I will still fight traffic to get these again. Could have had a bit friendlier customer service, but it’s 100 degrees outside right now (literally) and pretty warm in the store so maybe she was just getting too hot in there. That’s completely understandable so I’ll let it slide this time.
I LOVE COOKIES, when hot box gives me a hot cookie I feel hot. These taste better than my dead grandmas cookies, mainly bc she can’t make them anymore. Cookie is life. Friends back home call me Cookie Monster

I always have good experiences, accept Last weekend. my husband and I stopped by hot box to get some cookies. When we walked in we weren't greeted. There were 2 kids sitting at one of the tables, they got up and went behind the counter to the back where the cookies were. When ordering the guy said it would be a 15-20 min wait on the cookies. That was fine we went walking downtown. We come back. Wait on our cookies. When we recieved them they were individually in white paper bags and then put in a white thank you bag. Our cookies were not done at all. I ended up not even eating mine. No one had work shirts on, very unprofessional, the place was dirty and unauthorized people were back by where cookies were being prepared. Hopefully this gets to management and things get cleaned up around there.

I recently stopped by Hotbox Cookies and ordered a dozen cookies to go. The service was super fast, and the staff member was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience really pleasant.
Every flavor we tried was delicious, but the gooey butter cake cookie was hands down my favorite. Soft, rich, and full of flavor.
This is definitely a spot I’ll return to. If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat, hot box is absolutely worth checking out.

I ordered a dozen cookies to be delivered to my husband at work for our anniversary. It was never delivered. When I called about it, no one seemed to know a thing about it and they promised a new delivery on the following Monday at 10 o’clock. I received a call back the next day to ensure me that I would get a discount on my new order and that it would be delivered on the day I requested. Monday came around and again, no cookies. When I called about it this time, the service worker told me it was not her fault because she had been on vacation. Just curious, is anyone managing this place. So my 44th anniversary has come and gone and two promises were broken. Very disappointing.
