This is my wife’s favorite restaurant, but tonight she is beyond upset. She ordered to go meals for Valentine’s Day since we have two small children. She had it scheduled for pick up at 5:15, but when she got there, over half of the food was not ready. No big deal, until we find out the kids meal is still missing.. so we agree to wait the “5” minutes for the kids meal. while waiting we notice that our original order is also wrong. Way to much time goes by. We simply had to leave after waiting over 15 min for a kids meal, and already having a wrong order. Once home, we found the steaks we ordered were beyond well done, when we ordered medium rare..

Service was horrible. Food was decent. Food probably would have been better if our server got it out on time. I would have understood if it was busy, but she only had 2 tables in her section. Salad came out after my steak after asking 3 times for it. Kids never got their ice cream (which is not a big deal but we didn't tell her not to bring it). Other guy at our table got his food 15 minutes after everyone else. Not a good experience for the price.

Visited once and won’t return. Had horrible service and the place was 2/3 empty. Food was good once it came but wait staff was beyond horrid.
My girlfriend and I went here for dinner. The food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I gave five stars, due to the delicious food and presentation of it. However, the service would have only rated four stars. Our waiter was decent, but seemed inattentive at times. I had the Korean chicken and she had the stuffed. Both were very delicious. We both got soups with our dinner as well; she got the baked potato soup while I had the French onion soup. I would definitely recommend both of those soups. The pot stickers were a great appetizer, and it came with two different styles of sauce to dip in. We will definitely be coming back here, and I would recommend Hiulihan's to most people.

Upon arrival was greeted and asked to sit at the bar, we declined and said that we preferred a booth (there were only 2 of us but more than 3 open booths and no wait) but the host scoffed and said "those are being saved for 4 tops" and reluctantly seated us to our request. Secondly, my dinner guest ordered a salmon entree and it came out raw, not pink and flaky. Raw. I had ordered the impossible patty burger which was quite nice, but the toasted bun was a little....erhm..."toasted" but still rather nice. The service was sparse, it was dinner rush but I feel like it was less than attentive however could have been that I was already grouchy.
