We ordered takeout online, and it said it would be ready at 7:21 pm. We got there and had to wait for 35 minutes! We finally got our food at 7:56 pm and are now in a rush to finish our food before going to an event soon. The two stars are only because the food tastes good.

Went on Christmas Eve a little longer wait but on that night its expected. Awesome staff and food as always! I appreciate this restaurant every time we go its great!

Waited over an hour and still didn’t receive our food. Never brought our drink order and didn’t check back in at all. We left along with several other customers. I’ve enjoyed this restaurant for decades, but will not return. Unfortunately, no choice for 0 stars

My husband and I waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken. I didn’t receive my drink order, and an hour later we still had not received our food. No one came around to check on us or to refill our water. We left, as did another table dining across the room from us. So disappointed in this experience. I won’t be going back.

The first couple of times I ate here it was actually pretty good,But then the waiters, & waitresses changed And the food did to as well and the service and everything just got HORRIBLE. AND I MEAN THAT IN THE NICEST WAY POSSIBLE.
Yeah so the food has been horrible!!
More or less should I say the cook!!
Because the food’s not putting itself together!!
And I’ve had some very unpleasantly long wait times in the restaurant while watching OTHERS get served immediately that was very disturbing to me!!

Waited an hour for pickup on 3 main courses and 2 appetizers, and got no rice. The ordering was so complicated. And the food we got was not good. One dish is our fault (we ordered some add ins and it was a mistake), but there was no meat in the lo mein and we paid for extra meat. There was no tofu in my order with extra tofu.
The food was really salty. We threw some of it away.
I grew up on this restaurant. When Amy owned it, it was great! But after james sold it, it's gone downhill.
Eat at your own discretion.

Save your money! The food is not good if you are looking for tasty Chinese food my boyfriend and I both got bland, overpriced food. If you like anything like STL style Chinese - it’s not here. We’ve had better food for school lunch. We are both hungry and out $70. :(

Best fried rice in town! Sometimes they forget to label the gluten-free order so I don’t know which one is allergy-friendly amidst an order. Just make sure they label it if you need it gluten-free.
