It's been a while since I'd been to a HuHot, but it's still great and did not disappoint! I have a seafood allergy, and the cook, who was very friendly, took great care in making certain I wouldn't have any issues with cross contamination.
Our server was jovial and absolutely on the ball.
The only other thing that would be a fantastic option on the make line would be BACON!

We can't pass up HuHot when in the Columbia area at lunch time. Their selection of meats, vegetables and sauces is amazing and delicious. The staff who grills the food right in front of us, are always in a good mood and do an outstanding job cooking our meal. The servers are always top notch. Our glasses are kept full, they bring out rice and take orders for appetizers and/or desert. Just an amazing and enjoyable place to go.

Our server was a bearded giant with a smile warm enough to balance out the inferno of the cooktop. Convenient, fun, and delicious from start to finish. Cheers to the heroic humans (and elves) working there....
