I have had good experiences here in the past but it's really gone down hill lately. Stood in the doorway for a few minutes. No one around at first and then ignored by two ladies behind the bar. Had to ask about getting a seat and told that I had to order at the counter (this didn't used to be the case). Had to get our own drinks, get our own silverware (and it was a challenge to find silverware that looked clean enough to eat from). Several tables were dirty. Food quality was mid. If you're going to charge restaurant prices, you should get restaurant service. It was more like fast food quality and service at the price of a sit-down restaurant.

The customer service at this pharmacy is the worst in Columbia, MO. Go to any other pharmacy, but them.

Why would you put pads of butter on top of pancakes to-go containers? The butter melted and ran EVERYWHERE all over in the bag. Both containers are COVERED in slimy butter. Maybe put the damn butter in its own container?? (Common sense people, come on now) Do better. And give people forks and napkins!!!

My birthday is next weekend but I'm out of town so I wanted to buy a treat and this weekend. Purchased Friday and thought I got the one I pointed to in the front. As you see, I got a old gross one that apparently was in the back. The chocolate chips old and turned bad. The decorative piece also turned bad and broken! The cupcake was stale.
Some birthday treat, right!
A month ago I purchased pepper bacon from the meat counter and it looked different in color so smelled to see if it was bad. It didn't have a smell, so it was fried up and ate.....got bad food poisoning for the next 3 days!!
So, I will no longer buy food at Hyvee. Only refill water.

I waited over 20 minutes for a cheeseburger before finally asking for a refund. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I didn’t see everyone else around me get their food. I was already beyond hungry when I got here, waited 20 minutes and now have to go else where. I won’t waste my time here ever again. I prefer to shop at gerbes anyways.

Hyvee has a special price on Kansas City Chiefs shirts and merchandise. My daughter was getting KC Chiefs clothes when she found an NFL football balloon. We bought our food and breakfast strawberries. Then walked out. We realized that we had the football balloon in the parking lot and went back inside to return the balloon. The girl working at Hyvee paid for my daughter’s NFL balloon. As a gift, She was so kind and wonderful. My daughter bought the girl working a red flower and more strawberries for breakfast. Every employee was so kind. We always liked the Hyvee near Mizzou for the Market Grill Restaurant, beef brisket, and deli hot foods. Hyvee has the best team of employees. Award winning customer service. Hyvee is a boon to the community. We recommend that you shop at Hyvee whenever you have to make the best of your money, especially for their care for customers. I have shopped here for several years and always appreciate the cleanliness and the quick check out experience. Last week I tried the grocery pick up twice and had a wonderful experience. In my feedback email yesterday, I said that I must be ordering my bananas incorrectly because I kept just getting one. ? Today I got an email and a phone call explaining how to order bananas on the grocery pick up website. I’m super impressed!
