We’re from out of town (Blue Springs) on our way to St. Louis. We made a quick stop for breakfast at this location and let me tell you, it was incredible! Megan was our server and she was fantastic! Short wait time, good + attentive service, and amazing food. If i’m in town again i’ll be sure to ask for Megan next time!

9/25/25. Stopped at the Columbia, Missouri location for breakfast. Greeted and sat immediately, waitress was friendly enough and got my husbands drink quick AFTER wiping pepper off of table that should have been cleaned. Not sure if coffee carafe had be removed and replaced after last customer. Afterwards her and the gentlemen beside us were complaining about the fact everyone was always on thier damned cell phones ( exactly how it was said), problem after was the fact thats what ALL the staff were on when not at a table. Our waitress was showing everyone a video of families children, others were in sight of customers scrolling and playing whatever, one was talking about her nursing home job interview. Menus were sticky and sounded like velcro when trying to look through. Food was eh. Went to pour syrup on pancakes and there is HAIR on the spout?!?!!! Lost appetite and now wondering what was in the rest of food. Told waitress and all she said was “oh, i am sorry. Ill put that in the dishwasher. Do you want new pancakes?” NO, already questioning the rest of meal. I regret ever bringing up IHOP as an option. Disgusting.
All i can say is everything was average. Nothing to write home about.
