Tried Imo’s for the first time today after living in Missouri for almost a year and half. Staff were extremely friendly and the garlic cheese bread was GOOD. I’ll definitely be coming back to get the lunch special again in the future!

I ordered lunch special for delivery on Friday. I ordered mostaccioli and fries with a pink lemonade without ice.The drink was just a full cup of ice and not much lemonade. This was very disappointing because communication was not followed by the employee at all. I never was told prices went up on lunch specials over the phone nor the $5 delivery charge by Camryn. This is poor customer service as the menu I have doesn't reflect the increase prices.

I order take out here pretty often. The pizza and apps are always hot, the salads are cold and fresh, and the order is always correct. They always run good specials on their website. We love Imo's!

They outsource to doordash now. You don't find this out until AFTER you place the order. Driver made 3 stops first then delivered my pizza cold.
Last time I ever order here. If they're willing to shave pennies off of delivery costs, goodness knows what else they'll save money on...

The customer service over the phone is despicable. The counter person have no idea about any specials or coupons, totally disengaged & uninterested in the customer wants or needs. Try’s to undermine & rush you into spending 100’s of dollars & refuses to take the coupons the company offer & promotes. Clearly they have online spend more than 25 get 5 off spend more than 45 get 10 off spend more than 65 get 15off.. my total was 71$ when I tried to use coupon the c/s & manager on shift .. totally tried to make a reason why the coupon wasn’t allowed because I ordered the the square with 15raviolli deals for 26.99 at their regular price in store but some way it was included as a coupon.. when I asked what was the regular price if 26.99 is coupon the c/s cont, to say it’s 26.99$ I’m like is it a coupon or not & if you have a coupon online for in store spend 65 or more get 15off then the store should honor it… it’s been times I’ve walked into that store & smelled so much weed like the employees was smoking in the store.. they are extremely lazy & literally spend most of their time hanging around smoking & making the new employees do all the work. They are absolutely clueless when it comes to the menu, special promotions &/or working together to ensure the customer not only have great food but a great experience to want to comeback & spend more
