My order took way longer than estimated time. My pizza was burnt and the crust tasted like a dirty pan sitting in the oven. I called to speak with the night shift manager and she was extremely rude she told me “well duh it is cooked in an oven”.

My pizza crust was burnt and taste like it been cooked on a dirty pan. I called the store to see what they could do to resolve this and they were very rude and wanted me to go out my way to fix their mess up. Very disappointed you should never treat your customers like this!

They have quite the scam going - Imos on Buisness Loop sold me a $50 gift card and will not accept it 🤷. They also will not reimburse

The food belongs in the garbage. The crust is like cardboard. Hardly any sauce on the pizza. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni's. I probably got 6 pepperoni’s on the entire pizza. The toasted raviolis were hard to bite into. The garlic bread is a joke, it’s hoagie with garlic seasoning and melted cheese. It’s not worth the price I paid $31.34. I will never get this crap again. This so called pizza place is a rip off.
Total junk! Spent $30 on what I thought would be a great memory from when I grew up in St Louis on TRUE Imos pizza. This had “sprinkle” which apparently is now standard but didn’t used to be. It’s Parmesan and that makes me sick. It was no where on the website so I didn’t even know. They would not refund the pizza or send me anything else!!! I won’t ever order from here again and hope folks who grew up on real Imos pizza don’t either! Now have no dinner and horrible service!

My girlfriend ordered a pizza for delivery to our apartment and the guy delivered it to the wrong spot. Then when I called to say we didn’t get the pizza the lady there was really disrespectful. Then she said we could get our refund tomorrow because they were about to close. When I finally said that wasn’t ok she said she didn’t give a fuk and hung the phone up on us.

Skimpy on the meat toppings. For the price point that's kind of weak sauce. Otherwise pizza was good--right bake, edge-to-edge cheese. 1.5/5 stars. I wish Imos would focus more on the stores than corporate freezer pushes that just cheapen the brand.
