Dined here for the first time for dinner, wanted some Indian food. Had vegetable samosa appetizer - 3 pieces - served with tamarind dipping sauce which was sweet and delicious and a greenish chutney/spicy type-sauce which was also good. Our entree portions were typical, but tasted good - typical for what one would expect. We had the butter chicken and lamb curry, served with a plate of basmati rice. Also had garlic nann.

Hour late on the food, forgot my garlic naan, manager makes jokes that come off as rude, wayyyy overpriced.

I really like Indian food. This place did not disappoint. Portions are a bit small, and service was a bit slow. Like many restaurants in Columbia they are short staffed. Overall a good experience, just be prepared to wait a bit.

I ate here on a trip. It was my very first Indian food experience and I’m still thinking about it YEARS later. I literally dream of butter chicken, garlic naan, and rice. ??

Favorite place in Columbia! Food is always always excellent. The owner is eccentric and it's a fun time. Garlic cheese naan is to die for. I made a reservation for my birthday dinner and it was great, they were very nice.

If you've lost your sense of taste due to COVID-19, it's a suitable dining option because the food lacks flavor entirely. At first, I thought I might have caught COVID-19 when I noticed the loss of my sense of taste while dining last night, but it appears the bland food at the Indian House was the culprit.Rating the restaurant with a "STAR" may seem like a humiliation to the concept of a "STAR," but sometimes there's no other option. Meanwhile, those who give it five stars are those individuals who can't differentiate between a "STAR" with five points and a "HOLE."

Not sure specifically on the in dining experience but every time I order food here it is always amazing. Sometimes the wait is long but it makes sense during the dinner and lunch rush for a great meal. I love the garlic and chili naan and the chicken tikki masala they are always on point!

This restaurant just left my wife and daughter sitting for 90 minutes with no food, while the same food they ordered were served to people who had been there for as little as 15 minutes. Every time they asked about time they were told 5 more minutes usually with a repeat of the excuse that they were an employee short. They left other people waiting with online orders, many of whom also gave up and left. It isn't clear how who got food or who didn't was chosen. Random? Maybe. Friends of staff? Who knows. Point is I'd avoid this place like the plague.
