Joe helped make my cookie order fresh even though I messed up my order time. She was so kind and gracious and really went the extra mile to make sure my order would be perfect. She is definitely a great asset to the company. And, of course, the cookies are amazing as usual. Thank you guys!

We paid $15 for a six pack of cookies. Half of them were tiny and smashed; all of them were dry. The sugar cookies just tasted bland and crunchy. We could have bought better cookies from a random gas station. It doesn't seem like Insomnia cares about any of the bad reviews, so that's that.

OMG I had to travel up to Jefferson last week to visit my sister and stopped by Insomnia late at night. There was a young lady in there by the name of Coke or Pepsi, I cannot remember ( I just know it was a drink lolbvs) First of all she had the most infectious smile when she greeted me. I did not really know what I wanted and she did not rush me but she did suggest the snickerdoodles!! When I tell you they were the bomb, so warm and moist!! Not only that I can tell that the store either had just been cleaned or she was in the middle of cleaning. I would recommend for anyone to stop by there just off the customer service alone. And she was the only one there.

We ordered half a dozen cookies, six different flavors and one cookie brownie or brookie. It took over an hour for the order to arrive. This is the first time I’ve ordered from them my son and I like to try different places and sample several options. The brookie was extremely good. The cookies were mediocre at best dry and not very tasty at least for the oatmeal raisin, the sugar cookie, and the Eminem chocolate chip for those three the M&M chocolate chip was the best, but I could’ve made better from store-bought. My son tried the peanut butter and jelly. He enjoyed it And then he got double chocolate version and honestly, I forget the last option because it’s so mundane and dry. I personally won’t be ordering from them again as the brookie itself was $7.50. It was good but not worth that amount in my opinion

We were so excited to try insomnia cookies for the first time. Unfortunately, our cookies were severely overcooked, as hard as a rock, and burnt on the bottom. For $25, it was extremely overpriced and disappointing. Would’ve rather had chips ahoy.

I came in only a few minutes before close, which is 3 am mind you. But the lady there was the kindest person I’ve ever met. Also the cookies were delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back, probably not as close to close.
I used to love to eat Insomnia CookiesWhich I have done since they opened here. Unfortunately the last few times I went the cookies I ate were hard and not soft and moist. I was most disappointed after spending 10 Bucks on 4 cookies. Maybe I wait and see if my next experience is different. I give it 2 stars after my last experience. Person who greeted me was not very friendly.
