The staff were so nice! I went during the pajama party and the line was down the street but moved quickly! I noticed since the new manager started the cookies are much softer! They even have a vegan ice cream option which I personally find delicious even though I’m not vegan lol. Would recommend!!!

Kim was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She was alone with a free cookie and $1 deluxe deal and handled it with a genuine smile on her face. Cookies were soft, warm, and delicious.
