We put our name on the list and then chose to just leave. When we walked in, there were more open tables than full tables, and the host said it would be a 20 minute wait so they could “catch up”. We sat down at the bar, which was covered in dirty dishes from patrons that had left. I understand short-staffed but we just cannot abide lazy. The host was playing on his cell phone when we left. He could have been helping out if they were behind! No one seemed overly concerned about the state of things. We have ate here several times but will not be in any hurry to go back and try again. We went to Hooters and had terrific food and service. Hooters was much, much busier than Chilis but we did not have to wait to be seated . The difference was saddening. Will just chalk this one up to very poor management at Chilis.

You guys make 1 thing and thats wings and they were not done right. Thats not ok. Step up your game.

This sh!t was so nasty and greasy I could not eat it! I didn’t even want a refund I would never eat there again!!! And the wings still had feathers on them I had to use a toothpick to pluck them out of my teeth I’m calling health department tomorrow!

The last few times we have gone we had awful service. The waitress acted like she didnt want to be there, acted like she dint see us. Service was slow also. Food was cold. Going downhill. Walk out it was ridiculous.

Chicken has gooey pieces all in it that just slides around everywhere ? took the food back and they offered to make more, waited for the new batch only for it to look exactly the same. Absolutely disgusted. Would not recommend or order again.

Pretty disappointed. MUST order on line no curbside as noted on website, no call in. Found this out after getting there. Tried to order on line with Phone but that didn't work. So went to JC's and got their chicken. Won't be going back.

Slow service and steak fajitas were terrible. Could not even chew the steak because of the fat throughout the meat. Waitress forgot to put in part of my order also. Second time there with 2 bad experiences.
