Jimmy John's in Columbia

“I guess we're just lucky, because we've only had good experiences at this Jimmy John's. Our sandwiches are always made to order (and we customize a lot) and we've never had anything missing. The only issue we've found is that when we order for pick up, the order isn't always sitting in the pick up location even though it's ready. But we'd rather have it ready behind the counter than not ready at all.“

“Ordered curbside because I was driving a 20 passenger bus, and parked just on property line. Waited an hour before I had to go in and pick it up. I called 2X, and if they would have said I needed to come, I would have. Im not mad, just communicate. Food was very good and staff was pleasant“

“Jimmy John’s has become a staple for us when road tripping. Their locations are clean, well staffed, and consistent. We know we can get a satisfying meal for about $10 in just minutes. We can tailor our order to our individual tastes from dining light to calorie dense. When we take a break from the car, dining in offers plenty of room and clean restrooms. If we are tight on time, we can place our order online and then swing off the highway just long enough to pick it up.“

“I can’t rave enough about this Jimmy John’s location! Customer service is always a 10/10, they even go as far as asking the customers about their meals and chatting with them at the tables. The food always tastes super fresh and the produce used for topping are always crunchy and delicious!

“Most of the Jimmy John's I've been to have been a wonderful visit including friendly employees, clean and interesting to look at posters and signs, and sandwiches that I crave! This is my favorite fast food place and I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven't already!“
