“Came during lunch while it was busy. Employees must of misplaced my sandwiches but they had a sense of urgency to get my order to me and were very professional. Devin had wonderful customer service and gave me a cookie as compensation for the hold up. Man deserves a raise for his customer service experience“

“Took two stars away from service because the girl behind the register had to finish her texting before she could take my order. Other than that, it was great as usual. Just be careful of the drive thru at the rangeline location..once you go in, there's no way out so if they're running behind, you can't change your mind after you get in line.“

“Jimmy John’s has become a staple for us when road tripping. Their locations are clean, well staffed, and consistent. We know we can get a satisfying meal for about $10 in just minutes. We can tailor our order to our individual tastes from dining light to calorie dense. When we take a break from the car, dining in offers plenty of room and clean restrooms. If we are tight on time, we can place our order online and then swing off the highway just long enough to pick it up.“

“The gentleman that took my order had a great vibe and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I didn't feel rushed by any means & the lady that made my sandwich did an awesome job dude. Sandwich was the mf bomb and none of the stuff inside was falling out or sliding or anything. That's usually my problem with those type of sandwiches. The atmosphere had a nice vibe, everything was nice n clean and stocked. Thank you Jimmy John's for the great food and awesome vibe.“

“Most of the Jimmy John's I've been to have been a wonderful visit including friendly employees, clean and interesting to look at posters and signs, and sandwiches that I crave! This is my favorite fast food place and I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven't already!“
