Don’t waste your time ordering delivery from this location. Since they now run everything through Uber Eats, any issue with your order ends up being nobody’s fault. I ordered two subs and instead received someone’s entire catering order. Sure, that might sound like a win, but the food had clearly been sitting out for a while—and honestly, I just wanted the subs I paid for.

I tried resolving it through Uber Eats with no success. I called the store three times, and each time they picked up only to immediately hang up. I even submitted a complaint through the Jimmy John’s website with all the order details, but I’m not expecting to hear anything back.

If you’re considering ordering from this location, save yourself the headache. Go to a different store or choose one of the many other sub places nearby.

The delivery is terrible now without JJ delivery drivers. The Uber delivery is slow and terrible service. I ordered for 12, and estimated delivery is 12:55. The last time I had an Uber driver deliver, it was also an hour late and she smoked and had animals in her car. I really hope this is phased out soon because I won't be ordering delivery again.

I can’t rave enough about this Jimmy John’s location! Customer service is always a 10/10, they even go as far as asking the customers about their meals and chatting with them at the tables. The food always tastes super fresh and the produce used for topping are always crunchy and delicious!

Will continue to be back at this location!

This restaurant is terribly unhelpful. They never answer the phone when I call during business hours. I need to make changes to an order through the app but it seems impossible. I’ve wasted too much money at this store and will not be ordering from it again.

The guys working here this afternoon were so friendly and helpful. They even offered to change the music in the restaurant to the soundtrack of one of my daughter's favorite Disney movies! She loved that. Thank you!

I am visiting Missou for wrestling tournament from Texas and went to this Jimmy Jonhs for lunch for my family. The staff was very nice and professional. I am disappointed in the food because I got a lettuce wrap ultimate Italian and as I started eating i notice a few brown spots so I opened it to remove and all the lettuce was bad. I can't believe they would give this lettuce to a customer. With the tournment going on, I wasn't able to take the food back up there for them to either remake it or get a refund, not a happy customer!

Don't bother replying back to the Jimmy John representative that asks you to submit your feedback online. When they reply to your review here, and you go through the trouble to do so, they don't do anything about it. They don't reach out to you they don't try to make it right, they don't do anything. Don't waste your time.

This location is miserable. It used to be reliable but as of late they are slow, sandwiches are poorly made (thrown together), and on several occasions things were missing from orders. This has become a disappointment and a waste of money.

Placed an order through the JJ app. 1.5 hours later and it still hasn't arrived... Tried calling the store twice and all it did was ring. I have no idea if it's still coming, I don't even know if they ever even started making it. I don't even know what to do right now.
