Employee was rude to me for no reason. I was a DoorDash delivery driver simply picking up an order. A request from DoorDash was presented to me to take a picture of the current menu at this particular location for the convenience of future customers. I took the picture and an employee told me I wasn’t allowed to take any pictures or videos within the store. I can understand a rule like this against content creators and social media users and such but I told him I just took a photo of the menu. He then very rudely exclaimed “You can see the menu online, don’t take any pictures.” . Like what is the problem with a picture of the menu? The picture didn’t contain any employees faces or even any people or areas where food was prepared. Simply a picture of the menu on the wall. Very rude atmosphere, what’s next, you going to kick out a guest that’s dining in because they like to take pictures of their food before they eat. I felt very disrespected and after I got the delivery order, I did not feel welcomed at all.

THE SERVICE TONIGHT WAS HORRIBLE, WHICH MADE THE ATMOSPHERE HORRIBLE AS WELL! I Apologize for spending my money here tonight, it obviously would have been well spent SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! That’s why I usually try to stop in when I see certain people working but I decided to go ahead and order tonight without those people here which was a waste of my TIME AND MONEY!! Usually I do not have an issue here. But when I was attempting to order the person couldn’t hear me. I repeated myself multiple times. Then I was yelled at “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. WHAT FREAKING NUMBER ARE YOU SAYING.” I said my order once again. Then nothing was said. I pulled forward, the male worker opened the window. Said nothing and took my card and slammed the window. 10mins later my card was given back along with my food and the window was once again slammed.
*mind you the whole time I didn’t raise my voice or speak rudely to anyone*
After the whole interaction I looked at my boyfriend and asked if I had done something wrong. He said “no, they must be having a bad night or something”

The definition of Freaky Fast. I'm still not sure how they delivered that fast, it's not conceivable, the place is like 6 minutes away, and it took a total of 10 minutes to get here. Freaky Fast, Freaky Fresh. Thanks Jimmy Johns.

Sad when u call in a order repeat it 2 times and all 4 sandwiches are made wrong not the first time it's been 3 years since I ordered from this store cause of the rude employees and the food never made right I will never order from this place again sad spent over 50 and u can't get a sandwich right Pluss online did not work why I had to call in wanted the 10 dollar deal when asked if I could have it if I called they said no it was only a online I said online was not working person did not care they could have did something for me not my fault online was down Pluss no option to pay cash now this is ridiculous location Columbia Missouri rain forest on range line st

I tend to order Jimmy John's quite often as it is very fast and convenient on nights that our household is running late. Tonight I ordered delivery and it took over an hour and 20 minutes to get to my house and then after that I received the wrong order. The order had tomatoes and mayonnaise on it which I requested off of the sandwich via online ordering through their app. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes from my food I dig into it to realize that the food is wrong, and I call the store to see about getting a new order. The store manager was very rude with me on the phone and told me that no, I did not order it without tomatoes or mayonnaise and not only said that to me once but set it to me twice. So much for the customer always being right or at least being able to discuss an issue without being degraded down by the manager himself.

Ordered two simple sandwiches off their menu to go. Got both of them wrong. Wrong bread and one was stale, skimpy meat, and the personnel were conflicted as to what actually was on their menu sandwiches. Wish I had taken a picture, they were ridiculous. We threw them away. Would have gone back to tell them but we were leaving town. Will never go back here again. They weren't even busy, and now I know why.
