Had a jimmy John’s driver wreck into my vehicle about a week ago, which I found out now didn’t have the proper insurance when hired and was left to drive around town not properly insured. Called the store and tried to reach the district manager but was told they only cover personal injury if a delivery driver wrecks into you and to contact his farmers insurance which points the blame on jimmy John’s. What a joke this country has become to make the victim jump through hoops to fix a problem they didn’t create

Quick but not as fast as they used to be! Friendly staff and the sandwich tasted great. Not as good value as they were - but thats true of pretty much everywhere these days.

I guess we're just lucky, because we've only had good experiences at this Jimmy John's. Our sandwiches are always made to order (and we customize a lot) and we've never had anything missing. The only issue we've found is that when we order for pick up, the order isn't always sitting in the pick up location even though it's ready. But we'd rather have it ready behind the counter than not ready at all.

You will not regret eating here! The menu is entirely delicious and the employees are always friendly. I am always excited when it's time to get Jimmy John's for my next meal. I definitely recommend eating here!

Employee was rude to me for no reason. I was a DoorDash delivery driver simply picking up an order. A request from DoorDash was presented to me to take a picture of the current menu at this particular location for the convenience of future customers. I took the picture and an employee told me I wasn’t allowed to take any pictures or videos within the store. I can understand a rule like this against content creators and social media users and such but I told him I just took a photo of the menu. He then very rudely exclaimed “You can see the menu online, don’t take any pictures.” . Like what is the problem with a picture of the menu? The picture didn’t contain any employees faces or even any people or areas where food was prepared. Simply a picture of the menu on the wall. Very rude atmosphere, what’s next, you going to kick out a guest that’s dining in because they like to take pictures of their food before they eat. I felt very disrespected and after I got the delivery order, I did not feel welcomed at all.

Usually don’t have issues but today was horrible. No fork for my pasta. No napkins. The pasta was out of date so it was wasted money. The sticker said out of date on both pastas and they still delivered.

THE SERVICE TONIGHT WAS HORRIBLE, WHICH MADE THE ATMOSPHERE HORRIBLE AS WELL!
I Apologize for spending my money here tonight, it obviously would have been well spent SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
That’s why I usually try to stop in when I see certain people working but I decided to go ahead and order tonight without those people here which was a waste of my TIME AND MONEY!!
The food was still edible though.
Thanks for the horrible service from the 2 employees that just made me and my wife just feel right at home…

Usually I do not have an issue here. But when I was attempting to order the person couldn’t hear me. I repeated myself multiple times. Then I was yelled at “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. WHAT FREAKING NUMBER ARE YOU SAYING.” I said my order once again. Then nothing was said. I pulled forward, the male worker opened the window. Said nothing and took my card and slammed the window. 10mins later my card was given back along with my food and the window was once again slammed.

*mind you the whole time I didn’t raise my voice or speak rudely to anyone*

After the whole interaction I looked at my boyfriend and asked if I had done something wrong. He said “no, they must be having a bad night or something”
