The service was terrible got and my sandwich was made wrong when I called to let them know the man said I was a liar and to listen or to correct it and hung up on me when I asked for the manager said home and hung up.

We went by Jimmy John's and opted to not go inside as an employee in a Jimmy John's uniform was sitting outside the entrance on the outside tables literally smoking a blunt. I am not sure why on earth you would want to promote this kind of atmosphere at your establishments. This makes me never want to visit a Jimmy John's again, because that is the last thing I need my car or personal belongings smelling like after grabbing food.Do better at hiring.

Took two stars away from service because the girl behind the register had to finish her texting before she could take my order. Other than that, it was great as usual. Just be careful of the drive thru at the rangeline location..once you go in, there's no way out so if they're running behind, you can't change your mind after you get in line.

I've been here multiple times and it's definitely the slowest JJ I've ever been to. Pretty common to sit in line for 10-20 minutes. Don't come here if your in a hurry. They definitely are the opposite of freaky fast

Stopped here on my drive to Kansas & am very thankful I did! Not only was my food delicious, the service was amazing. Specifically JT, he was happy to help me build a yummy sandwich & answer any questions I had. I could definitely see this JJ become a frequent stop for me if I lived in the area. Ordered an Italian night club, got sent a completely different sandwich (not a huge deal but kinda annoying because I can’t eat turkey and this is the second time this happened) so I called and explained the situation and was told I would be given a credit for a sandwich in the future, which I was stoked for and felt like the situation was adequately resolved.Called in to order it and hopefully get the right sandwich this time, and unfortunately no credit so I feel ripped off.Order in person, and double check before you leave and I’m sure you’ll be fine.

It's a Jimmy Johns but I really like all the people that work at this location. Heck, the workers were great like two years ago when I was in a car accident in front of their store on Rangeline ??Parking: Be mindful in the parking lot, kinda cramped and they do have a drive thru so watch for cars leaving that line
