I placed an order for delivery at 9:05pm and here it is 9:46pm and I still haven't received my order. I tracked the order and they said the driver was on the way at 9:18pm. The crazy thing is the location is only 5 minutes from where I live. This is ridiculous!!

Jimmy John’s has become a staple for us when road tripping. Their locations are clean, well staffed, and consistent. We know we can get a satisfying meal for about $10 in just minutes. We can tailor our order to our individual tastes from dining light to calorie dense. When we take a break from the car, dining in offers plenty of room and clean restrooms. If we are tight on time, we can place our order online and then swing off the highway just long enough to pick it up.

Twice now I've ordered turkey sandwiches and I also order tuna. The turkey makes me second guess whether or not I'm eating tuna. Also...what happened to freaky fast? Can't say the last time delivery to less than 30

Jimmy Johns is always a good staple of a consistent sandwich shop. I wish inflation hadn't hit their pricing so hard, else I'd be eating there more often. The turkey tom, club lulu, and vito are three of my favorites. I'd be remiss if I didn't add that I miss the alfalfa sprouts for that extra wonderful crunch, but that's not a Jimmy Johns problem specifically.
Ordered 5 sandwiches and some sides tonight, one was supposed to have no tomatoes, had tomatoes on it, two mislabeled, took over an hour for delivery, sandwiches smashed into 1 bag, soggy, no sides came, called back to get sides, been two hours, still none, guy on the phone sounded high as could be. Absolutely ridiculous. At a cost of $65 I would have expected at least something to be correct or corrected. Displeased to say the least.

as a young child i had very fond memories of this establishment. when i returned on this fateful day with my two friends, we were met with great food and service. HOWEVER, as we sat down to eat our ears were ASSAULTED BY SEA SHANTIES!!!! SEA SHANTIES ONE AFTER THE OTHER. it felt as if we were being held hostage inside a run down pirate themed bar in the city of miami. I wish this review was a joke but as i speak my friends and i are abandoning this jimmy johns establishment. we simply couldn’t take it anymore. i’m sorry your great name has been disgraced by this godforsaken music jimmy john.
