Been ordering for a while, and put in a delivery tonight. I didn't tip because they use Uber Eats and was told by an employee that the driver tips don't get sent to them, so I planned to tip in person. When I got my food it was 1+ hr late, and on the sandwich wrapper was written "stay mad" and "tip our drivers!". The sandwich was incorrect and the bag of chips was crushed and popped open. Can only assume these were done on purpose, never ordering from them again. By the time it showed up, the store was already closed. Will be talking to a manager tomorrow.

Came in to pick up my order, and this employee asked me “who’s your barber” and I told him where I got my haircut because it seemed like he genuinely wanted to know. So I told him, and he said he liked it, and immediately him and another employee started laughing. I just come there to get food, don’t get why I can’t just get my food without harassment.

HOW HARD IS IT TO GET THE ORDER RIGHT WHEN I SAY IT TWICE, YIU REPEAT IT BACK TO ME, AND YOU WROTE IT DOWN?!!??!!!! Do better. It’s not that hard.

Most of the Jimmy John's I've been to have been a wonderful visit including friendly employees, clean and interesting to look at posters and signs, and sandwiches that I crave! This is my favorite fast food place and I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven't already!

Would give zero stars. Waited an hour and a half for my delivery and I called and they said they were busy “doing dishes” but yeah “Freaky Fast Delivery” my ass. Also tried calling multiple times more and got no answer. This is just one of many problems I’ve had with this location. Very poor management it seems. Go to Jersey Mikes instead.

Although the sandwich was good, it took 55 minutes to get my delivery. I used the app, got confirmation of my order, and an email, added a tip through the app and I only live 1.2 miles away.

I went there at 8:45 last night. Most of the lights were off and the employees were on their phones. When they saw me pull in they threw their hands up. I assumed they were closing at 9, so I left. They don't close til 10.

I ordered food to be delivered to the Mac address and in my notes I wrote that I was at the Mac. So 40 minutes later, I call the store and tell them that it has been marked delivered, and I have not received it. The man tells me that he left it at the front desk and I told him I was standing currently at the front desk. He then tells me he delivered it to a different business and a different building up the road. So we have to pack up wet kids at the pool so I can walk up to Wilson’s to get the food we ordered to the Mac and bring it back to the Mac. No apologies or offer to make it better. No refund on the tip for the inconvenience. I even checked the address I sent and it does not give directions to Wilson’s. Like just do your job or let someone else do it.

Ordered delivery through door dash. Didn’t show up for 40ish mins (at the time of review still haven’t received it). Called the store to make sure the app worked and the got my order. The lady was super ugly to me. Saying that “the driver is on his way” I replied okay but can you verify that it’s my order? (She didn’t ask for my order name or address.) she said “I have nothing to do with door dash idk what to tell you. My driver is on his way.” I asked her not to get an attitude. I was just wondering why it’s not here yet and why it still says it’s being prepared”

All in all horrible experience and horrible service ?

My friend and I went there at 930pm and the worker was standing behind the counter on his phone, already locked the door and when he seen us trying to get food he walked to the corner to "hide" so we went into the drive through and he wouldn't answer us acted like they were closed even though they weren't

Ordered ahead for a delivery for my cheer team to have on a bus out of town. Set delivery for 15 min before bus arrival. At 15 min past I called and was told delivery driver's car broke down and they would see if someone else could bring the team sandwiches. 20 min later someone showed up with our food. We are going to miss the start of the game due to the delay. :( A simple call when they realized his car broke down and we could have gotten someone to go pick it up and still left on time.

I order from this location multiple times a month and usually do pickup. I was busy at work today so decided I would do delivery. An hour later, my tracking still said order received. I tried calling 6 times to check and make sure they go it, but every time the phone would ring 5-6 times and then disconnect. The location I ordered from is less than a 1/4 mile from me, so I went there. When I told the employee that I had placed a delivery order an hour ago, he immediately started explaining that they were so busy and only have one delivery driver. I told him I tried to call the store but no one answered and it kept disconnecting so that I could tell them to cancel it or at least get a status. He was so dismissive and no apology. I get being understaffed and busy, I use to work in the restaurant industry but you don't dismiss a customer that way. I asked to speak to the manager - same response and reaction, no apology. You would think the app - could at least tell you there is a delay, and I would have been fine with that. I'm really disappointed. I've never had bad service or food from this location up until now.
