Ordered 3 sandwiches (14 no cheese or tomato, 10 on wheat no onions or tomatoes and a Vito no oil or peppers). Not one sandwich was correct. Asked for wheat bread, received white bread; asked for no cheese, got cheese. Asked for no oil or peppers, this sandwich had more oil on it then OPEC produced in a year and loaded with peppers. The store wasn’t busy but the guy taking my order was wearing a head piece telling people to please hold on. How can you screw up an entire order? The only thing correct was the 2 bags of chips.

Never had a jimmy johns sandwich so dry asked for extra mayo packets but didn’t receive :(
Do not order online, they will claim
They don’t have drivers send your food to a 3rd party company who will take 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver. When it’s delivered it will be soggy and inedible. Then when you call to inform that you plane your order at 11:07 per their receipt and food was delivered at 12:48 inedible. You’ll speak to Elliot (who doesn’t know how to mute the phone while he proceeds to talk shit to manager Matt) You will reason and ask for a refund of only the sandwich because the chips Elliot will tell you that he can offer 5$ in store credit to which you say the sand which alone is 9$ on average. You’ll ask to speak to a manager and Elliot will again not mute and talk shit loudly enough to hear every word. When you get the manager on the phone he won’t give you his last name or the corporate office number but to google it. You’ll then let Matt know to inform him employee Elliot to mute the phone if he wants to talk shit in the employees to you. Nasty people with nasty food stick to downtown or west side

I had the worst experience with Jimmy John's. I ordered my food at 1:18 p. I contacted the store 30 minutes later to inquire about my food. I was informed that they did not have a driver to deliver. Why take orders if you have no driver? I was told that my order would get to me, but no time frame. Long story short, my order was given to door dash. I had to contact Jimmy John's three times. If they knew that they did not have a driver, they should contact customers and explain. That is professionalism. I waited over an hour for my food. Poor service on their part. Was NOT so freaky fast.

*Update- To add to my originally review went to this Jimmy Johns today and surprisingly they were open. I say surprisingly because their menu lights were turned off mind you it was 8:20 this time and hour and 40 minutes before close. I was able to buy a sandwich this time, but low and behold it was soggy, and had some much ranch when I pulled the sandwich out of the bag the ranch was soaking through the paper. Do not go go here. If they cannot manage very basic skills I am scared to imagine what the condition of the inside of their kitchen. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Been ordering for a while, and put in a delivery tonight. I didn't tip because they use Uber Eats and was told by an employee that the driver tips don't get sent to them, so I planned to tip in person. When I got my food it was 1+ hr late, and on the sandwich wrapper was written "stay mad" and "tip our drivers!". The sandwich was incorrect and the bag of chips was crushed and popped open. Can only assume these were done on purpose, never ordering from them again. By the time it showed up, the store was already closed. Will be talking to a manager tomorrow.

Came in to pick up my order, and this employee asked me “who’s your barber” and I told him where I got my haircut because it seemed like he genuinely wanted to know. So I told him, and he said he liked it, and immediately him and another employee started laughing. I just come there to get food, don’t get why I can’t just get my food without harassment.

Most of the Jimmy John's I've been to have been a wonderful visit including friendly employees, clean and interesting to look at posters and signs, and sandwiches that I crave! This is my favorite fast food place and I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven't already!

Would give zero stars. Waited an hour and a half for my delivery and I called and they said they were busy “doing dishes” but yeah “Freaky Fast Delivery” my ass. Also tried calling multiple times more and got no answer. This is just one of many problems I’ve had with this location. Very poor management it seems. Go to Jersey Mikes instead.
