Charlie, an employee I have known to do good things noticed my frown, and filled my whipped cream to the top. This goes above my expectations. I was waiting for the line to empty to ask for more, Charlie stopped filled it up and sent me on my way. As I said they are accommodating. There are new employees at times that may not realize the happiness a beautiful drink can make. Don’t be angry when I ask for a new one or a change because I expect what I’m paying for to meet expectations your store promises to deliver. This is why I go everyday. For coffee happiness. With Starbucks under construction, I was in need of a local frappe fix and stumbled upon Scooter's Coffee on Google. I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Their frappees are fantastic!
