“My kids and I love popping in for treats!! Today, we stopped by and my son (6) dropped his soda trying to get seated. The girls were SO sweet and cheerfully grabbed a mop to clean up and someone remade his drink for him. Of course I felt bad but as we all know… accidents happen and the crew here went above and beyond to make us feel good and still enjoy our experience. 10/10!!! ⭐️“

I am rarely seen without scooters coffee in my hand. Recently I ordered my drink inside the restaurant, I recived a sad drink with light whipped cream. Charlie, an employee I have known to do good things noticed my frown, and filled my whipped cream to the top. This goes above my expectations. I was waiting for the line to empty to ask for more, Charlie stopped filled it up and sent me on my way. As I said they are accommodating. There are new employees at times that may not realize the happiness a beautiful drink can make. Don’t be angry when I ask for a new one or a change because I expect what I’m paying for to meet expectations your store promises to deliver. This is why I go everyday. For coffee happiness. Thanks to an amazing team always willing to serve and be very friendly while doing it. I would also like to spotlight a girl with a septum and cool jewelry in drive through in the mornings and the girl in the afternoon with leather stands in her hair. “Phenomenal service, staff is always kind and efficient. Food and drinks are always correct and tasty. Went through the drive-thru this morning and it took less than 4 minutes (closer to 2-3) to drive in, order, pay, get my coffee drink and burrito, and be on my way during the Monday morning rush to work.“
