It was the worst KFC that I've ever eaten. The chicken was greasy and salty. The biscuit was doughy and should've been advertised as a dumpling. The chicken leg was the size of my thumb and the wing was just as small too..
The coleslaw was the only decent item. I can understand why a lot of the K F C restaurants have closed..

It was late. I think 10 minutes before they closed and I pulled up. As I was ordering communication broke down. That’s when the manager ran out took my order in person. This is when I found out they were out of almost everything. However, still in good spirits, the team made every effort to make sure I had a good meal to eat . Thank you thank you thank you thank you. And thank you for having jalapeños!

Ozark Home improvement

I ordered a small meal in the drive-thru and waited about 30 minutes. There were no other cars, so it wasn’t busy, yet I was asked to wait outside and still didn’t get my order. I’m not sure what was going on, but it was extremely unsatisfying and disappointing. If you’re on a tight schedule or value your time, I’d recommend avoiding this location. This is the second time it’s happened to me, and that’s just not acceptable.

The restaurant was absolutely dirty. no place to sit down no clean tables or chairs. Had to wash our own table and chairs. The soda machine look like hasn't been cleaned in months.

General lack of competency here. First time I ordered was today and it will be the last. I made a pre order for an hour before pick up and upon arrival they state they don’t have any Mac n cheese because it’s all frozen and will take 30 mins to make. They shouldn’t had that done when I got there since they had an hour notice of my order. Considering the amount of negative reviews for a long period of time and there is no change I will be taking this matter to the regional manager and franchise owner

save yourself the time and just go to the other KFC in town, this one never has what you want and isn’t going to make more for you. they also frequently make you come inside to order/wait inside of serving the drive thru. the other location will atleast try to make you what you want and won’t make you come inside to wait for it.

I walked into the KFC and ordered on the kiosk. I ordered a chicken pot pie. The kiosk allowed me to order that item. As soon as I paid with my debit card the girl came and told me that they don't sell those. So not only do I not get my food that I already paid for, my refund is probably going to take several days to go back on my card. The manager explained to me the reason why they don't have pot pies is because nobody ever wants to debone the chicken to make them. Her job as the manager is to make people do their job. It seems as though this place needs revamped. Both KFC's in Columbia Missouri have three stars on Google. So I guess it's just a KFC thing around here. Poor customer service, lazy employees and management that don't manage. I don't think I'll be going back to a KFC anytime soon. I'd recommend avoiding it overall.

I hate spending good money on bad food. Ordered a 2 piece with fries in the drive thru. They had me pull up. Sat for like 8 minutes in my car and went inside. Waited another 10 minutes before receiving dry chicken and no fries. Save yourself the hassle. Don't go here. Go to slims or somewhere else.

Ordered in the app. Went through the drive-thru to pick up and was told I needed to come inside to pick up. When I walked in, the store floors were disgusting. I had the tender box meal, and couldn't eat most of it. To start, they shoved everything inside the little box, the tenders, the biscuit, the fries, and the mac n cheese bowl. They forgot the spork, napkins, and the dipping sauce. The fries were completely inedible. They were so burnt you could break a tooth on them. The tenders were the same way. Do NOT recommend going to this store.
