I normally come here on my lunch. And it’s great. Today I got my lunch with a hair in it. Came back and told them the situation and the The mgr couldn’t give me a refund and offered to replace the food. Why would I want more food that’s possibly contaminated???? Essentially said that I was SOL unless I wanted a replacement. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. NEVER COMING BACK. THATS DISGUSTING.

I ordered the combo #4 which has 4 pieces of chicken a biscuit and a side. I asked for Mac and cheese but wound up with mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken leg looks like it came from a pigeon along with the wing. Tiny! If you were out of Mac and cheese, you could have at least asked if there was a different side I wanted. Sad, sad, sad! I took a picture of the food box.

I ordered my food they had me pull up to the door so they can bring it out to me when it's done then I never got my order about five other people got their order before mine then they had me pull over to the side and park and spot right there and he never got my order right can you give me the right size of mashed potatoes they gave me a single serving of mashed potatoes and gravy I need two of those I took everything back with my fiance and waiting again but I don't know how long and I finally brought us out the food and two large mashed potatoes and two large gravies man they're smaller than they used to be on the largest anymore it's not even worth that I think KFC is too much money and it's not worth it anymore like it was in the olden days
