The KFC on Clark lane has got to be the worst in the USA. Whoever owns/manages this should sell or take some classes on how to operate a business. Place is dirty, employees could care less (about anything) service is the worst ever. Fast food should be fast? Right? Not there! Wait time is 20 to 30 minutes. Just to get your order taken is a good wait! I saw people leaving the line at drive through without food. (Multiple people) If u want to stay in business- clean house!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Long story short 20 minutes to get food when no one was there. Manager was a huge j**** Owner would not take the time to understand what is going on. Needless to say It took 10 minutes just to get my money returned. Finally got my food while I was waiting for my return and it taste horrible.

I had 3 coupons to use today, a 1 piece meal, 2 pc meal, and pot pie. I'm afraid the three orders plus sides was too complicated for them, and I ended up getting extra chicken and no pot pie. I wasn't too disturbed because the price was the same, and might have even been more if I'd been paying for what I actually received. They did get the sides correct however, and I just ended up with more leftovers then anticipated.

Consistantly never up to the standards I remember when I was younger. About the only decent thing is there buckets of chicken. Otherwise I would suggest the frozen aisle at Walmart.

Got there at 6 pm on a Saturday maybe 7 people in thete..hardly any hot food on Buffett, when it got down to1 piece of chicken..had to ask for more to be put on there, no biscuits or corn. Not worth the money, terrible service!!

Okay, the staff is great. However, the food had been sitting for A ,While, the music is horrid. There was a corporate reminder for preparation for dinner, also a time announcement, it was strange. Now, idk what happened, other than the sewer backed up. There was bubbly dried muck. The worst was the sewer gas smell in the women's bathroom.

This place constantly frustrates me. They just super do not care and it shows. I've tried to reach out and explain issues and it is met with half hearted we don't cares.... Go across the street to Popeyes.

Is the only one in our town that has the buffet and even with that added pressure the food is normally hot, even close to end of buffer time, tastes good and if you want something for buffer that isn't there they will happily get it for you. The staff is friendly, make you feel welcome and they know how to take care of their customers. I have started making this my go to place to eat when I come to town and don't have prior plans for lunch or dinner.
Their chicken taste just like it was freshly killed makes it absolutely delicious

The restaurant was very clean and sanitary looking. Food was well prepared and tasty. The staff and crew were polite, prompt, and attentive. One of the best restaurants I've ever been to.

Arrived with my 2 daugthersand wife for buffet and after paying no napkins, only couple pieces of chicken in each pan. Potatoes were burnt in the pan and gravy wasn't stirred for a while.

We got there as soon as they opened, went to the restroom and one stall had urine and toilet paper in the toilet, the other stall didnt have toilet paper in the dispenser. The floor in the dining area had crumbs and sticky spots. It seems night shift doesn't do any cleaning and opening shift doesn't check on it. The only good thing was the chicken.
