Whew that catfish was too good and properly seasoned. I got the 3 piece combo with fries and regret not getting more fish.

We had the fried shrimp and fried fish, and both were PERFECTLY breaded and seasoned. We could not have been happier!

This was my second time eating here. The first time was about a year ago and I got the fried platter, EXCELLENT! This time was not good at all! I took my auntie here for her birthday. She got the crab, lobster and shrimp platter. I got the large shrimp platter. Not impressed at all. My auntie order her platter with the butter sauce on the side and they brought it with the sauce on the seafood. The waitress gladly exchanged it. The second platter was over cooked. The lobster was rubbery and hard to cut into to. My shrimp platter was not what I expected for the price. Unfortunately, we were told they don't do refunds. So we left two whole barely touched platters behind. Maybe, it was an off day. Idk.

We happened upon this restaurant while driving through Columbia, heading to a Chiefs game. I read a few reviews, but they were quite misleading. My guy and I are both seafood lovers. We were both disappointed in the food and the drinks. My food came out cold, as if it was a popular menu item and precooked in anticipation of the order. The shrimp were absolutely horrible and the catfish was definitely not USDA, which is what I’d expect at a seafood restaurant. There were dessert and drinks on the menu that they didn’t have and my guy ordered a drink that the young bartender mixed with no measuring, so the taste was completely off. For what we spent, we certainly expected better service and food quality. Just a disappointment.

My Granddaughter and Niece wanted seafood for their birthday, so we went. 3 adults and 5 children. The food was fantastic as well as the service. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We will definitely return again and again.
We had went to Red Lobster the 2 weeks before and Krusteans was would put them out of business, fresh, cooked done and moist!

This restaurant is AMAZING, The best i’ve ever had. My server was Kya, she gave great recommendations and was amazing help. The food was top tier and the alcoholic beverages were fantastic as well.

Lovely gem in downtown Columbia! Recommend the big seafood platter split between 2. Had the Cajun seasoning and it was divine

Used to Be Our Favorite Spot, Very Disappointed

We’ve always enjoyed this place and had great experiences—until our visit on July 23rd, which was my birthday. I ordered a seafood boil, and while the food came out quickly and looked fresh, I noticed black seed-like spots on my crab legs. After some quick Googling, we realized they were parasites.

The waitress replaced one cluster, but when we checked the others, they were also affected. I asked the owner to replace the rest, and he refused. He said they were “sea lice” and not harmful, but that completely missed the point. It was gross and totally ruined our appetites.

This used to be our go-to seafood spot. Sadly, after this experience—and the way it was handled—we won’t be returnin

Great food and drinks. Seasonings were amazing and pinacolada daiquiri was refreshing.

I've been to SO many seafood places in Missouri. I've eaten down in Saint Louis, Springfield, and even other seafood places in Columbia- and I PROMISE YOU that this is the best one. The seasonings are great, the crab is great, and the drinks are great, too!! I urge everyone to go here at least 3 times in their life.
