First time trying Little Caesars. It was really GOOD! Got a custom thin crust with lots of stuff on it... crust was crispy, toppings were perfect, quite delicious. Also got crazy puffs...YUM.

And the employee was awesome

I've never had a bad experience there but the quality of the pizza is very inconsistent. Last time I had it, it was absolutely perfect. This time it's over cooked. It doesn't ruin the pizza or anything but it's a bit disappointing.

Went into the west broadway location . One employee outside chilling with his girl and child wasn’t on break . The other man hands was dirty . After handling the money he went to making pizzas with NO gloves and didn’t bother to wash his hands . I did ask for my money back n left . Other times I witnessed the employees changing the sticker time that the pizzas were made . Not sure if it’s hard getting employees but there isn’t any structure at this location . Employees clothes are dirty along with hands .

Ordered the special deal for pickup, it was ready on time and I had a nice chat with the employee. Great tasting pizza too! Got the classic round sausage and pepperoni.

The pizza was flat, like the crust was not made properly or wasn’t allowed to raise correctly. It tasted odd and the bread sticks were over cooked. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem with this location and they never want to fix it. I’m done

Employees don’t use gloves honestly kinda disgusting literally standing here watching a guy make my pizza with his hands in his bucket of pepperoni while he picks at his face…

Our pizzas took longer to be ready than our order time said. We did not get 5/6 of the garlic butters that were ordered and when we bit into our bread sticks when my husband got home they were still raw. I don’t know how it is so hard to make sure customers leave with their correct items or to make sure that the breadsticks are not still half raw before bagging them up. We live 37 miles from the restaurant so it isn’t an option for us to come back when we realized what all was wrong. Was not worth the money I paid.

Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. They do get slammed with orders and take awhile to get them out but staff continuously communicates with you.
