Asked if pretzel pizza available, told yes. Waited over an hour and rushed two hungry kids home to eat. Opened box, had regular pizza with salt on top. No cheese sauce, no pretzel crust. Just a salted pizza. If you don't have it, say so when asked. Tell customers how long the wait is. So disappointed with two disappointed kids. We left specifically to get this pizza and now one wont even eat it.

I don’t know what has happened to Little Caesars lately. The last few pizzas I have gotten are cooked fine on the top and raw on the bottom. I don’t know how that’s possible. The dough itself has been reduced to the poorest quality. And stuffed crust? You can barely tell that’s what it’s supposed to be now. It’s at every location in Columbia which leads me to believe there were mandated changes to the way they’re cooked. The last one was so raw and greasy we couldn’t eat it. Tried putting it in the oven, didn’t help. Please fix these problems because i used to love Little Caesars.

It's ridiculous that it's over 100* in here and has been continuously incredibly hot for a long time. Shame on the owners for giving your employees such an environment. Have fun when one of them passes out and you gotta cover that medical charge. Do better.

The overall experience at the place is positive, but there’s room for improvement in terms of employee screening. A more thorough background check is essential. I couldn’t help but notice a strong alcohol odor emanating from one of the now former employees.

Horrible, just horrible. Had an Online order for 7:15. When I arrived they said it would be around 5 more minutes. 45 minutes later still waiting. The employee was throwing stuff around in the back and slamming doors. I could go on and on. Probably worst experience in my 40 years of existence. All I can say is wow….

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order at 724 pm on 6/15/25. Said it would be ready on the app by 757. Im still waiting in the parking lot at 820pm and was told at 749 that it was in the oven by a tall young man with dreads that speaks very soft. Never had a problem with this location until today. Now watching their kitchen habits im never ordering here again. I get it cheap food. Watching the same gentleman handle food with bare hands, no hand washing then touching the keyboard to the register. Im good.

July 6th this location only had two workers. Shame on this location for allowing this, they were very young and getting slammed. The young man in the kitchen was amazing and my order was great. These kids deserve a raise for having to work under these conditions.

Finally handed it to me and I went home. Opened the box and it was totally not my ultimate supreme. I took it back and they had realized their mistake. Tried to hand me the original, which had been sitting over an hour. I asked for a fresh one and went to my car to wait. They didn’t notify me my pizza was ready. I am convinced they gave us the original ordered pizza. Everything was dried out. Maybe if the music hadn’t been playing so loud, they could have gotten the order right in the first place.
