The gal that waited on people was rude and acted like everyone was an inconvenience to her. 6 people were waiting for their food. Some over 30 minutes. When they asked about their orders she would snap back “I’m the only one doing anything back there so as long as I’m up here taking orders your food isn’t being prepared.” But you could visually see another person in the back. Many people walked in and walked right back out while the rest of us were waiting. Very unprofessional and the place was filthy. Grime was all over the warmers and the floors were filthy.

They left the parchment paper in a thin crust pizza, then didn't add extra cheese on another one. After I went to the store, he apologized for the paper but got and attitude with me saying, "There is extra cheese, look at that" there was less cheese on my pizza than the thin crust (which wasnt ordered with extra cheese). They also refused to answer their phones even though there's no orders being made or have been made.

Shawn was there by himself with lots of foot traffic. He remained professional and kind the whole time. THANK YOU to Shawn! That man deserves a raise. Most places would have help from another store or the owner in to help with how busy it was. But he was kind' went as fast as he could. Was very helpful to multiple people that came in. Explained he was by himself and that there may be delays. Very courteous!
After packing up my boyfriend went for a pizza came back and it smelled really strong bad smell and it tasted like the cheese was expired

Hot and ready, but honestly the pizza had sat there so long that it rly shouldve been thrown out. did not realize this until we got home and opened the box. Staff is impossible to get the attention of if they walk off. had a bouncey ball pinball machine for just 25¢ tho. would be better investment than the pizza.
