I know that staffing at restaurants is tough right now. The staff at LJS is not the most "people friendly" staff but once you get past the initial conversation they are some great people. Wish they would change the oil in the fryers a little more often as the fish can be greasy

Took forever to get the food but at least I knew it was fresh and hot. Asked for lots of tater sauce and got 3 packets for 7 big pieces of fish.

A man hopping around on one foot, out of uniform, (had on a white tee) with a long ponytail and nasty attitude was working the window. Rude, unprofessional and mean. They literally had 0 customers so there was no rush. So focused on hopping and being rude that he left my 10 shrimp. Called the manager, she didn't care. Just passing thru MO. Do not recommend.

Showed up on 5/2/22 Monday at 7:45pm after driving from 30 mins away for the guy working to say they were closed when they don't till 8pm. I said "I thought you closed at 8" he replied "I ain't trynna argue what time we close".... not happy, worked a 12 hour shift and my time was wasted trying to get food.

I arrived at this establishment at 10:55am knowing the place opened at 11 so I waited. Employees were just arriving just looking at me knowing the dining area was not open. Drive thru only. I went through the drive thru & ordered 3 fish 2 chicken. I received 4 chicken 1 fish. Thankfully I had not gone very far so I was able to turn around. When I asked the drive thru attendant to fix my order & also throw in condiments he must of been having a bad day because he was huffing & puffing. He basically said without saying; what the F else do you want lady. Just rude. Not my fault the order was messed up. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit on my food. That's the type of employees working at this fast food restaurant. And the food was not that good either.

They were out of catchup for fries???Order was mixed up but I didn’t want to wait 15 more minutes to go back through the drive up window.Will not be back…very disappointed.Many other great places to eat in Columbia.

Foods all right the problem is no indoor seating right now when everybody else isyou order your food it comes out hot but if you have to drive anywhere and take it home by then it's cold as hell

Went through drive through asked for vinegar and a spoon I got the meal. Left no vinegar no spoon had to go all the way back then pulled over to eat the fries were raw and the fish was terrible. First bad experience at a long Jon’s but first time in Columbia mo long Jon going to have to drive all the way to Sedalia, and to top it off the guy at the window was very unpleasant when I came back for a spoon and vinegar and then had to throw my food away newsys and eat somewhere else

Best Long John Silvers! Food is always fresh & best cod fish anywhere! Love the hush puppies & coleslaw. Nice owner gave me half off cuz I moved my car from drive in lane to let him out!
The fish was good as always, but the portion for the order of Mac and Cheese was disappointing. Also the team was way too distracted with very loud and playful banter. Holiday season not withstanding, the loudness was annoying and not professional. My visit was disappointing. ????

They wouldn't help us thur the drive thur we said hello like 5 times, Aguy came on and said yeah that's all. They had three workers laughing in the window and talking while our food sit on counter and paid for extra fish didn't get it. Won't be going back!

Very slow waiting in line. And I ordered 2 3pc platters with Cole slaw and baked beans and they gave me French fries instead of beans. Cashier acted like I was a bother

I'm not much for SEA food more into SEE food but I highly recommend this restaurant the food was excellent and the service through the drive-thru was quick and the employees very courteous and all food and commodities were given as asked and when your hungry we love great service and quick friendly people with good service that's why I highly recommend Long John Silver's on Business Loop in Columbia Mo. ....
