I'm going through chemotherapy treatment and the drive thru at this McDonald's is terrible. I have a chemotherapy treatment this morning and waited until 5:30am to get a frozen blue raspberry frozen drink, because it's the only thing that settle's my stomach while I'm taking the chemotherapy. The machine wasn't ready when you opened, so now I have to wait another 30 minutes and I'm not sure it's going to be ready then. Get your act together MCDONALD'S.

Andre, the assistant manager. Was rude before he even spoke to me. To one of his clearly new employees. Then, their system wouldn’t take the code from the app. Which is no one inside the stores fault. But he had the ability to make it right and instead chose to be a disrespectful jerk. Interrupting each sentence I started. Dude does not need to have even a modicum of power. He is entirely too fragile.

This is one of the nicer McDonald's locations in Columbia. My only complaint is that the drive through, parking and exiting situation here is a little tight, especially when it's busy. Being near the mall and another shopping center it can get congested. I usually park further away, walk over, and leave the area from a different lot exit.

Service was quick and food was accurate! I normally don't eat McDonald's but we were traveling and it was convenient. Would say I think their food was better than any McDonald's in Georgia 😉

This is the McDonald's I choose to drive to, even across town because they usually always get it right and don't have shit attitudes.
The parking situation and the drive through lane is a mess.If you're parked on the side of the store next to mattress firm, you can't get out because of the drive through line

This is the only McDonald's in all of Columbia that I trust and like. I've never been successful in getting food from any other location and yet this one pulls it off perfectly each and every time. The food is always great too. Despite living straight on the other side of town, I go out of my way to come to this one because it's good.

I appreciate having a kids play area even more since Chick fil A removed theirs. It's a great place to go when it's too cold or rainy for my kiddo to release energy outside. The staff at this location have been friendly and helpful.

I paid for a large caramel frappe and got this and i waited over 30 minutes and a worker start to get an attitude with us so i would not recommend going there and the floor had sauce all over it and people was stepping in it and it smell so bad.!
