This is the best McDonald’s in town they actually take your order when you are standing at the counter then they actually give you your food goo and hot just the way you ordered it!! Some other McD’s don’t understand the process thank you all very much

I’m new as a Dasher and was first time going to pick up orders at McD for customers and I have to take a moment to say thank you to Austin who even know they were crazy busy he explained how to pick up Dash orders. He had so much patience in the midst of a rush and had a gentle positive energy that was so inviting. I had 4 orders total tonight and took the following orders because of my experience. The manager, I didn’t get her name but she was so amazing and so was evident that a great culture has been created from great leadership! Thank you guys for all you do!

Have been somewhat regularly coming through the drive through for a year or so. While food is usually warm and otherwise what you'd want/expect from a McDonald's, the people who take your orders are often very rude. And it's not a singular person: it's many of them. I understand that my voice doesn't carry very well, and so what I've said doesn't always come through clearly, but I've been sassed so many times when I clarify what I've said or have to speak up it's ridiculous.

Worst & slowest McDonald's on i 70! Been waiting for 30 minutes for some fast food ! Been while you can watch the kids inside dancing around high-five each other! Have a good time. They should just close it down if can't do any better then this! Been 37 minutes now still nothing. What a joke

We were in drive through line for 10 minutes, waiting for someone to take our order. When we got to the window is 10:32 we were informed breakfast stopped at 10:30 No exceptions. we had to leave with no food. We had not been to McDonald's in a long, this is another reason not to utilize our facility.
I stop at this McDonald’s every time I travel. I always have good service and food!

Horrible, don't ever order here. Ordered online and they didn't even make the order. They didn’t inform me or the delivery driver that they were not making it. That's so inconsiderate to the driver and shows bad customer service. I called the store — they seemed confused and were slightly rude. They made me cancel it, even though they could have easily done it themselves. This has happened twice now, and I'll never order from this store again.

I'm going through chemotherapy treatment and the drive thru at this McDonald's is terrible. I have a chemotherapy treatment this morning and waited until 5:30am to get a frozen blue raspberry frozen drink, because it's the only thing that settle's my stomach while I'm taking the chemotherapy. The machine wasn't ready when you opened, so now I have to wait another 30 minutes and I'm not sure it's going to be ready then. Get your act together MCDONALD'S.
