Don’t go after 10pm they only do fries and shakes. Or they take over an hour and don’t have over half the menu and it still takes an hour minimum even with no line.

I know this place gets a lot of bad reviews but it's my go to location. They are always courteous and helpful when I go.

Horrible. 1 hour wait everytime I order from here. Theres always barely anyone working. They need more employees and do better. They playing with my time and money. Mind you this is every time not just once.

As previous people have this same complaint its clear nothing is being done to improve. Waited over 15 min curbside. Watched 15 cars go thru drive thru. Then finally someone comes out with the food. Guy was walking slower than a slug. Was in a hurry so I didnt check. Should have because clearly they dont know the difference between a dbl quarter and a quarter. Reported it on the app and as usual no response. I'm really getting tired of the lack luster service you are providing for online customers and curbside. Do something.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your restaurant while I was picking up an Uber Eats order.
While I was waiting, I also placed a small order for myself. During this time, one of your employees began mocking my name, saying it out loud in an exaggerated Southern accent. He did this not realizing I was standing right there, and when I informed him that it was actually my name, he doubled down and continued speaking in a mocking Southern accent.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also extremely hurtful. I felt embarrassed in front of the other customers and staff. Another employee present looked visibly uncomfortable once she realized I had witnessed the entire interaction — which tells me that even she recognized how inappropriate his behavior was.
I left the restaurant feeling offended, humiliated, and honestly a bit shaken. No customer — delivery driver or otherwise — should ever be made to feel mocked or ridiculed by your staff. Because of this incident, I have already contacted Uber Eats to prevent any future orders from being assigned to this location.
I hope you take this seriously and address the employee’s conduct appropriately. I would like to continue doing business with this location, but at this moment, I do not feel comfortable returning.

Terrible interactions with a supposed manage named Natty? My wife went to pick up her meal on her short lunch break, this guy sent all his workers on break and then stayed working the drive thru window with nobody up front. My wife was being polite calling him over repeatedly, he finally went to talk to her, got very nasty and said “I’m the only one here, do you work here!?” And walked away while her order sat ready on the counter. I had to go meet her at the store to get her food because he wouldn’t respond to her and just kept repeating he was the only one there. When I showed up he still refused to come to the counter and a girl grabbed the food that was sitting there the entire time and handed it to me.
As you can tell by the reviews, this McDonald’s is under poor management. It’d be great to speak to whoever runs this store.

Poor customer service and the lobby was dirty everyone was on their phones find was made sloppy and there was to much mustard and ketchup on their burgers and bathrooms were nasty

Though ordering ahead would be fast and I can get the work on time no not here I put my online order in at 4:59 and when I got there had to wait for about 5-6 minutes just to tell them I had a mobile then when I got to the window she gave me my drink and asked me to pull to spot one I ordered ahead for a reason and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my food and was late for work this is why I don’t go to this McDonald’s don’t waste your time.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. After I got off of work I placed an online order, when I arrived I saw the line was out into the street. So i tried to go inside where I saw some other people. The employees were arguing with the customers inside saying they couldn't come in and that it was drive through only for everyone. So hearing the employee yell at the customer to get out, I went ahead and left right behind her because I didn't want to cause issues. I got back in line in my car and waited in line for my order for over an hour (that I did not receieve) I got stuck in the drive through and couldn't get out so I had to politely ask the woman in front of me to move up so I could leave. I went ahead and went straight to the last window and asked for a refund. Still didnt get my food. Wasted over an hour of gas and my time. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible management. If you don't have the hands to be open, DONT STAY OPEN! Ridiculous horrible customer service. I will never come here again!!! Customer service was awful. And i didnt even get my food. I have never left a google review on anything before, and I have never had this horrible of a fast food experience. So angry to the point I came here to write this! Do NOT go to this location!!!
