Used the drive thru. They had a very hard time getting our order of Bacon, egg and cheese value meal, W/OJ and 2 sausage Mcmuffins.
I git to the window and the person asked what my order was. Again.
She took back the food that she had initially. I waited a few more minutes and they/them he/him she/her whatever was rude. I asked if the bag had everything. She let me know that I was holding up the line.
I got to work and the ridiculously expensive hashbrown wasnt there.
Terrible service. I wont go to that location again. If you want decent service I do not recommend this location. Not the first time they were terrible.

There is absolutely no reason someone should have to wait for over 50 minutes at curbside for a HAPPY MEAL and a combo. Two meals that’s it. When asked they had no solution. It seems they are pushing the drive thru and ignoring others because they have been messed up on drive thru times. Or maybe they are just busy staying clean after that poor inspection from the city. I knew better. Oooooh and when I get my food the HAPPY MEAL WAS MISSING!! This place needs a better situation.

Some McDonald’s are bad and this is one of them. Fries were beyond soggy, bread was stale and overall it just didn’t taste right. They also gave us small cups when we ordered mediums because they ran out of medium cups. So we paid more for less. It was a little annoying.
However! The lady that was working the drive through is an angel she was super sweet and patient.

I stopped by this morning to get my daughter breakfast on the way to work. I made a mobile order. When I arrived at the store, no one would greet me at the drive through speaker. I finally pulled around to the second window. There was a worker standing at the window, however, she would not address me. She never acknowledged me. I sat there for a few minutes before I finally cancelled the order. I understand that places are busy and short staffed. There was no one else in line. She never even greeted me. I have been to this location several times and have never had this experience. Please do better.

the only and last time i went here it smelled so strongly of feces and there was atleast 3 people hanging out with no shoes

As all McDonald's are now days they're low on staff We stood there awhile before we were waited on. Inside it was really cold. We kept our coats on.

Sat 20 mins in drive thru line, 10 after getting to window i’m told they’re closed. Drive past, everyone’s sitting down on their phones. Worst mcdonald’s in this town by far.
