Waited 45 minutes to get the incorrect food. Ordered 3 items total. Large fry, which was no more than half full, McDouble, that somehow only had onions on it, (had ordered no ketchup, no mustard, add mayo) the mcchicken was correct, but was not in its wrapper when it arrived. The individual bringing my food intentionally withheld the receipt so a complaint would be hard to file. 45 minute wait for the wrong, cold food is crazy. Terrible service! Waited an hour for our food and they still didn’t get the order right! There were about 2 employees working their tails off the rest seemed to be pretty worthless!! Every table was dirty! We cleaned our own with napkins and water from the pop machine! Management should be ashamed!
In live almost 40 minutes and not looking like it’ll be anywhere close to an hour. I’ve already paid and still the two cars been sitting at the next window for 20 minutes
