The service was good. The food was not even edible. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken deluxe and got a dried fried chicken patty between a bun no sauce no pickles nothing I feel like that. This location needs to close down and revamp. This is the second time I’ve gone, and this is the second time I’ve been so damn disappointed. I won’t even give the chicken to my dog. And I will not be going to this location again and will tell my friends and my Dr colleagues and all my nurses not to go there

I've never ordered from this particular McDonald's because, as a DoorDasher, I've had the displeasure of delivering from this location many times. The staff simply can NOT get service completed in a timely manner at any point, it's almost like no one has received any training at all. I've waited on single orders for over an hour multiple times, both indoors and in the drive-thru. The seating area is often closed during business hours, and no staff will answer the drive-thru speakers for half an hour or longer despite the kitchen being visibly fully staffed. There is one employee that tends to do the work of twenty, but unfortunately I have forgotten her name at the time of writing. I'll update this review when I have an opportunity to ask her for her name once again.

Please, for your sake and for mine, order from any of the other McDonald's locations in Columbia. There's one a very short drive straight east, and multiple to the west as well.

I took my two year-old son through the drive-through and after 30+ minutes of sitting in line had to drive away to feed my son his lunch because the line was so long and there was still seven cars ahead of me when I left. I called the store and the lady said they could give me a pie but they could not cancel my online order so I lost almost 9 dollars as well as 30 minutes of gasoline just sitting there. Do not recommend this restaurant.

I went to this establishment for some food and I won’t ever go again. I had ordered a mcchicken and it was completely undercooked and was pink on the inside I tried to call the restaurant and try to get it dealt with like grown ups but the first time they answered nobody spoke it was like they were just keeping the line open as to not get more calls. I waited a while and called back and proceeded to get no response so I never got it fixed or anything. I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant

Yikes. Almost 20 minutes after checking in for curbside and still waiting. $20 worth of food, so not a large order.

Edit… more than 30 minutes, still nothing.

Last edit… clocked in right around 40
Minutes. Had to go in and of course fries were ice cold. No way we were waiting longer for them to fix. Wow. All time bad experience.

One more edit. We’ve contacted customer service as requested by the owner. That process is just as frustrating. No resolution.

Ate inside , waited 25 minutes for our food after we ordered . They seemed to only be worried about the drive through . Food was ok when we finally got it . Would have canceled our order , but there was no one attending the front to be able to flag down . Guess drive through is the only was to go at this location .

There was a woman working in the back cussing yelling about her DOC prison wrap sheet, that she ain't the one..... She knocked all the lunch trays on the ground for another employee to pick up, she was just being a menace.

Once she finally left, the other employees apologized to the LOBBY FULL of people, and then began working together to get caught up.

The professionalism of the rest of the team was top notch! I appreciate the rest of them so much for holding it together during a peak rush time with a rogue employee causing chaos.

Thank you all for working as hard as you do, and holding it down.
