We sat and waited about 30 minutes (as did others around us) and ended up asking for a refund. We stopped during a long road trip to let our kids play and get some energy out. We couldn’t let them stay long though, as there was literal poop on the floor.

Every time I go to this mcdonald's, the food is nasty and the service is extremely slow. The employees seem to not care at all. I recently went through the drive through and got a mcdouble and a McChicken. They were BOTH very stale and tasted like they were made yesterday even though I came through the drive through at 1045, so you would think the food would be fresh. No. It was probably the WORST food I have ever had from Mcdonald's. For some reason, every time I go to this mcdonald's, it's like this. Stale, gross, old, bad slow service. NEVER AGAIN. DISGUSTING.

By others comments & our experience, it seems management is majorly cutting corners on staffing and food at this location. We stopped for breakfast: The orange juice was mostly water- it was gross. I mean really? You are trying to stiff the customer for about .10 cents worth of orange juice concentrate?? The McMuffins seemed smaller than usual. Time through the drive thru was usual. The staff was nice. -3 stars for food & mgmt. +2 for employees.

I just ordered food from here....most of our food is cold and hard. Please for the love of God PLEASE STOP serving old and cold food!!!!

My main gripe is that online it says open 24 hours yet everytime I try to come here past 10pm they’re closed. 24 hours doesn’t mean 6am-9pm I don’t know if the manager here realizes that or if they just like getting peoples hopes up.

Mc chicken was not fresh. I know it was atleast 1 hr if not longer in the food warmer. It was completely dehydrated. Bunns were hard and cracking. Latte machine was broken. Employee stated, that machine had been broken for Months.
