MCDonalds on Clark Ln is always a long wait in some cases that’s understandable But during lunch time the wait is very long The staff attend too ignore the customers that’s there place a order And my main concern the hole staff appears in dirty wrinkles uniforms (smh) hair standing all over their head It’s sad too say the crews who work’s lunch hours don’t look appropriate or clean too be serving food to the public Breakfast staff hours appear be good and right on point ?

McDonald's really tries for the most part. However they are usually VERY understaffed and overworked. The wait time for your food, is usually a very long time. I've waited over 25 mins for an order but, they were all working very hard again, this is under staffing. I used to NOT go to McDonalds because the Columbia Business loop location was poorly run and they were very rude with nasty food. Now it's one of my favorite ones to go to. Clark Lane Columbia Mo location definitely needs some help if anyone is looking for employment. Thanks for finally getting good staff in the Columbia Mo locations. Now let's get some positions filled and they'll get all 5 stars!Vegetarian options: More a breakfast thing unless it's breakfast all day at that location. They have eggs, pancakes, fries, mcmuffins, biscuits and muffins. I believe they may have parfait as wellDietary restrictions: You can always order fries with no salt, you can get any sandwich with no bun and they have diet soda, water, milk and juice.Parking: They have handicap parking right next to the door. They are accessible for wheelchairs to come out while never far from the door. You can find these handicap parking at any insurance there's two entrances on one side and one entrance on the other. However one entrance is probably not the safest and convenient place to go in because the drive-thru goes right through there.Kid-friendliness: Yes they have kids menus and a play place.Wheelchair accessibility: There are lots of wheelchair accessible entrances you can get into any part of McDonald's while in a wheelchair.
I consider this one of the better McDonald's I just wish it was in a different location do to traffic.

They were shorthanded. My low rating is due to the dirtiest women's bathroom ever. No tissue, except what was on the floor. Sticky floors. Dried urine smell. Long wait and few workers. Just close Sunday morning if all the workers are at their places of worship. It's fine. Is it better to underserve your customers or just close a few hours?

The staff is extremely young and ignorant. They're not very good at their jobs and they get mad at customers for being impatient. They took one hour to finish drive through orders while people were waiting and then had dashes cancelled because they couldn't keep up with demand and had a count of 13 employees working. They need to fire and re-hire all the way up to the managers. They all just friends wanting an easy job with no tasks . They just here for that paycheck

Don’t go here. Waited 40 minutes for a mobile order. Went inside and employees didn’t even acknowledge me or several others who were inside waiting for their orders/to report missing items or incorrect orders. Terrible service and will not be back. Did not receive food. Customer service did not assist whatsoever.

Inside is a sign that warns against loitering for more than 30 minutes.We violated that rule before we got our food which took 35 minutes to come out. Being slow has not been a McDonalds tradition.

I don't typically like to write reviews, especially bad ones because companies have enough of them already. However I felt the need to write a review today because the overall experience was so bad. I wish I could give it a half star.04/01/24 around 14:58 is when I made my order. I got a quarter pounder, small fry, 4pc nugget, and a pack of cookies. I originally wanted a quarter pounder meal with a sprite but they didn't have it today. I had also originally wanted a small mcflurry but apparently their ice cream machine was down too. No big deal on these two things, slightly annoyed but I get it. However, once I paid for the meal the second window told me to wait by the sidewalk because they had to cook the burger. Ok, so I did. It took 20 minutes before I was even updated on the status of my order and that was only because I waved down the staff who were giving orders to people who had put in their orders after mine. I was told at the time that "someone accidentally put [my] burger in another customers bag and they have to remake it". Fine I guess. They got the order out pretty quickly after that BUT not even 2 minutes after I got it and I started eating I realized that pretty much everything was lukewarm. Fries were cold, it was almost as if they had been sitting out for 10 minutes. Burger was lukewarm, as if they didn't just make it even though they said they did. Nuggets were cold, again as if they had been sitting out for a while. The only decent thing about it was that the cookies were slightly warm.I understand that they were busy but the service and the food could have been WAY better. I only go here because it's close to work but I hope to never have to come here again because this is not the first nor the third time they got things wrong. It's more like the 7th.What I would like is for someone of management to contact me to at least get some sort of compensation for the absolute lack of customer service and food quality.
