Food items missing went back to retrieve they thought it was funny but for you to get home and not have what you ordered is no laughing matter and the employer need to hold someone responsible and it's not the first time this happen it's over and over again but sometimes I just don't go back

They will lock the doors and flat out deny that you have ordered anything, despite taking payment for the order. Theft is a great word. Lazy is another one. I'll look up the owner, as all are independently owned, and tell them about their sorry excuse of a crew.

I'm always made to wait stuff has been missing more than once and depending on who is working sometimes I get someone rude in the window, cash out window today had a big attitude and was huffy and puffy about her job but the food handout person is always nice to me the one working today. It's usually breakfast lunch is usually amazing

Convenient location but customer service is terrible. I was waiting for a long period of time. I saw a bag sitting on the counter and wondered if that was our order. After a while, the employee brought that bag out to me. I complained to the employee that our order had been ready and she turned around and walked off while I was talking to her. I had to park my car and come in and talk to the manager she wasn’t much better. I explained to them that my order had been sitting on the counter, waiting for someone to bring it to me. The manager claims it was not, but they were being rude, curt and kept cutting me off. As a customer, allow me to speak without interruption that helps de-escalate the situation. This is the third time that I’ve experienced bad customer service from this McDonald’s however, today was the worst. To add to my frustration, the food we ordered caused my son to throw it up right after eating it. Now he’s at home in bed sick, instead of being at school. They don’t have to worry about me coming again.

This place is horrible! I’ve been here multiple times since it’s the one closest to me and I don’t think I will be going back. I just went to get breakfast with my mom and she got the biscuits and gravy… the food is great but not this time I’m disgusted by the fact that there was a hair in her food. I also had to wait about 10 minutes for my iced caramel macchiato, when the worker first brought it out it was a hot cappuccino and when he brought out the right one it was almost all milk. There was barely any coffee IN my coffee!! The people working the morning shift were very respectful and showed care but the night shift workers are different they are snappy and barely looked up from their phone to give me my food but at least they don’t leave hair in my food. I’ll make sure to show a picture of the food because you can see my WHITE coffee and the literal hair in my food, thank you! (We did get pup cups due to a great worker!!)

They didn't say hello at the 1st window or smiled , a young lady I think with bad teeth and a very bad wig had horrible customer service. She must have been upset that everyone could see her lace. It's not our problem 🙄 but when customers come through the drive thru that's how you make your paycheck so you should take that into consideration
It’s 5:12am and they’re still not open? A delivery truck was outside unloading with one employee.waited since 3 for them or would have DoorDash from another 24hr location. Not hard to be open AND unload a truck.

So far I really like this McDonald's, I've noticed over time many McDonald's arw really awesome and within a few months things start going downhill. The service was fast, pleasant and they were very courteous. Food was hot and tasted great.

I have been to this McDonald's twice and both times have been very disappointing. First, I order a 10-piece nugget and they give me four. I didn't realize until I got home and I just went back and re-ordered the 10-piece. The next time I was there I checked my food at the window and one of my fries are missing. I ask for them and I'M TOLD I BOTH CANNOT GET THE FRIES AND CANNOT EVEN PAY TO GET THEM. My only options, so I'm told, are apparently to come back around the line AGAIN or come inside to order. It was a really frustrating interaction and I have literally never had a nice time at this McDonald's. Will not be going here again 😡
