The cost for this formerly "fast" food is now more than texas road house! And way worse,after setting in line for 30 min at least,my fries were soggy and cold,big mac ...well..it wasn't the big mac I remember,by any stretch,heck I think i could get my food faster at texas roadhouse too! Or pretty much anywhere..thought I would give this place 1 more try..disappointed again..McDonald's your hi prices,long waits and disgusting food lost another of what I am sure is a long line of customers

The food for a group of 22 was already made before the payment was done. The food was a transcendent experience for the taste buds that made the whole store start crying spontaneously. The building had a faint glow due to the blinding radiance of the staff. The speed of the staff making food would make an f1 driver rethink his life. Each interaction with the staff brought our group to a new level of understanding of the universe. If you want to experience a new higher level of existence, come to this McDonalds.

Went through the drive thru at this location. Everything was fine until we pull up to the last window to get our food. A staff member was slamming her hands on the table and throwing bags of food around. After sitting there for 10 mins she opened the window and handed me 1 bag with the wrong order. I tell her it’s not the right order and as I’m trying to tell her what I ordered she gets an attitude and proceeds to say that our order would have been right if we didn’t order so much food. (We are a family of 4 so 4 combos didn’t seem like that much food) she then gets another bag, rudely pushes the bag into my hand and in a very rude tone asks if this one is correct. Due to her being very nasty I asked that someone else take care of us, as we still had the wrong order, at that time she threw the bag on the floor and walked off. We waited another 15 minutes for our food to be replaced and to have another staff member hand us our food the correct way. I will never be back to this location.

Went to this mc Donald’s. While ordering I had to repeat myself three times that I wanted to sausage egg and cheese mc griddles because she wasn’t putting it on the screen. I changed my orange juice to a coke because it’s 1.30 up charge for orange juice and then I asked her again for a second sausage egg and cheese mc griddle. So far my order is egg McMuffin meal w coke and two sausage egg and cheese mc griddles. At the pay window she asked me if I want my receipt I said yes she said no you don’t want your receipt? I said yes I do want my receipt. At the food window they gave us two sausage egg and cheese mc muffins and that was it I told them that isn’t what I ordered and told them what I did order. They handed it to me I looked through the bag and everything was correct except, oh they didn’t put my hash brown in the bag I told them I still need my hash brown the girl who was currently handing me my food was polite but when I said I still needed my hash brown a rude lady took over and asked for my receipt she said in a condescending tone “you only ordered on hash brown” and I said I know I don’t have it that’s why I’m asking. She walked off and then the other polite lady handed me my hash brown.

This is the only location in town I will go to. They actually try and seem to care about their jobs. Friendly staff. The area of town is sketchy, so dining in is exciting. But compared to the other locations, it's just better.

Walked in, saw several people eating. Went up to order. Cashier told me "We are not taking orders right now. Have a nice day."
I ordered online. I was really looking forward to my iced pumpkin coffee. The coffee is absolutely terrible. Not sweet, cannot taste pumpkin at all - it was only in the first drink. This is not the first time this store has had issues making a decent tasting coffee, I have had to go back in more than once but did not have time to go in this morning. My morning is ruined because I took time and used money to get something for myself and now its disgusting. Really disappointing. I wish this store could just make it right the first time. To add the drive through lady mistook my order and then was less than nice when I told her the food was not mine. Wish I would have just took the food. My order was terrible anyways.

I was having an honest horrible day, my roomates kicked me out and I had to DoorDash to earn the money to use to pay a deposit on a new place.
I got to this McDonald’s and had never been there before, but I go for the order. I’m there waiting for 20 MINUTES before someone even talks to me and it’s to tell me that I’m waiting in the wrong spot. I am FURIOUS but before anything even leaves my mouth I am comforted by this stunning woman in a jean jacket. She has such a comforting aura it calms me down immediately. i come back the next day and before im even at the desk she recognizes me and greets me with a smile. I didn’t get her name but if she isn’t the manager MAKE HER the manager. She knows how to make a customers day without seeming like she is trying hard.
This happened at the beginning of October but it took me this long to formulate how to put this review. That’s how good employees are, they stick with you. I didn’t think much of this McDonalds before this encounter but now I know what my regular store will be, all because of one employee. Whatever you are paying her it’s not enough.

Parking: Got a five dollar value meal with a plain McDouble with cheese. Got two patties and a lot of onions. Returned the burger with the recipe still attached saying exactly what it was supposed to be while also verbalizing my desired request and received a McDouble with cheese and one single pickle. I didn’t bother returning to the store again as it was a simple fix.
