It's sad that they had to close 1 of the 2 pizza MOD location in Columbia MO .. that being said.. the very least they could redirect some employee to the only place pizza MOD place in town.. instead you get to wait for 15 min before you order with only 4 customers before you.. Tables are dirty and sticky but it is understandable duo the lack of emplee i guess 🤷 Service was good. Pizza is good . 3/5 star rating because of the waiting time. Will recommend but if you are here for a lunch better take extra time because it is not a quick order.

Customer service was amazing. Didn’t catch his name, but he was the shift lead and had to be one of the most positive people I’ve encountered when it comes to their job. Felt bad coming in so close to close, but the employee behind the counter was super friendly and genuinely cared about my experience and if I would be returning. Great experience and the pizza was amazing 👍

I love Mod Pizza. Problem is the number of times I’ve gone in and their priority is the online orders. If 2 or more people are in line still waiting to place your order, you’ve just added much longer wait for your experience, yesterday was a good example. The one guy I saw working was swamped, had to leave

my husband and I came in to grab lunch, very upset about knowing we may have to drive home without our sweet Penny who’s at the vet hospital down the road .. Dray (I’m sorry if misspelled) took our order, listened to us as we were telling him about our day & when we went to checkout he stated it was on him as we could use something good today. Truly did bring a light to our day, and its little acts like this that mean SO much.

I have alpha gal , Mods Pizza is amazing they had substitutes like plant base cheese and plant base Italian sausage which was good! Lyndsie was awesome and patient and made sure to help me with everything because of my allergy! Thank you Lyndsie!

I travel often and enjoying finding a MOD everywhere I go, while the food is always good the service continues to get worse and worse. May try hiring people who don't act like they hate their jobs, I've seen inmates working on the side of the highway that seem happier to be there

First off the workers there are some of the best fast food workers i’ve ever met. Every single time i go it’s always been the best service and food. I was sad to see that they closed the mod on stadium since i can’t drive all the way across town frequently but it’s alright ill just have to live with having mods less.
Dietary restrictions: Though not celiac friendly everytime i go they try to minimize as much risk as possible. I do have celiac mildly but i’ve never had a flare after eating here.

I've never had issues at this place before. But this most recent visit, the employees were just standing around laughing. One of them with blue/pink hair and a beanie on was VERY slowly making pizzas while laughing with them. When i asked about the incredibly long wait time, they said "we just had a big rush sorry" and the restaurant was completely empty. One of them was making backup pizza dough while orders were waiting 20+ minutes to even go in the oven. I just don't understand what was going on here, felt like a prank.
