My Wisconsin Mac and Cheese was exactly as expected, hot and flavors were on point. The kitchen did well with expediting my order, unfortunately the dining room, while nearly empty, presented a great challenge to find a clean table. The other point of note was that the lady that took my order was without personality and acted as if my presence was an interruption to her preferred activity -which incidentally was NOT cleaning the dining room. The presence of her food and drink on the counter where she took my order did not lend itself to the illusion that sanitary conditions were a high priority in this restaurant.
It seems like a restaurant with a 7 person crew and very few customers should have enough resources to keep the restaurant clean.
While the kitchen was up to expectations with their food presentation and speed found at many fast food restaurants, the cleanliness and personnel management is severely lacking at this particular location.

When I asked about my food Joey the manager didn’t care at all that his service was slow and he did not provide what was ordered. Said he will remake it and took his time. Not a good experience when taking care of someone who is sick. All I wanted was chicken noodle.

The restaurant was clean but I ordered the Alfredo and they brought me dry noodles with no sauce and then argued. The manager here needs to be fired as I see there are numerous complaints about this. The broccoli, even the plate is dry. There isn't even any parm on it.

My ordering experience was great until I received my dry noodles without any sauce and without my extra parm. Chicken, the manager Mattie is rude and does not know how to talk to customers on the phone, sounds like she is easily aggravated over doing her job wrong. She got loud with me saying she confirmed the order herself, well as a manager if you confirmed the order then why is it wrong and why is there NO SAUCE. Had to contact DoorDash and have a three way call with Noodles & Company. Still was unable to receive new food but they have started the process of a refund. Happy for the refund, upset about the quality of service that I received and the dry noodles. Check the picture for extra chicken or extra sauce? Tell me if you see it?

Tonight was my first time ever stepping foot in a noodles and company and I will definitely be back soon! My Pad Thai was delicious and the two girls working the front were just amazing! They were both super friendly and made my night!
