Parking: Congested area of location very busy parking lot shared with multiple “strip mall” businesses and major grocery store as well as SAMS club in same parking area.

Pricey for fast food atmosphere and the portions are small. Taste is very good though and the people working were very friendly.

Noodles and Company is always good. But I wasn't feeling great (I have chronic digestive problems) when we went there last week before a show so I ordered the safest thing for my stomach I could: a baguette. And it was the best baguette I think I have ever had in my life. Lol 10/10, even when you order the simplest thing, it's good. :)

We had to come back after we didn’t get out chicken added to the Mac and cheese. Your employees need to

Noodles Company has restaurants all over, so I kinda feel silly even doing a review. The Columbia location is clean. It should meet your expectation of a Noodles franchise (fast, friendly and tasty). The thing I like about Noodles Co is that the ingredients taste fresh and the dishes are very flavorful. I was worried the food would be bland the first time I went to a Noodles Co. I eat here probably once a month.

We ate the food but food was disappointing. We wanted to try it, but won’t be back. Service was horrible. The cashier didn’t even look at us when greeting us and taking our order. Table was sticky, and you could tell the rest of them were too by looking at them. I got the Parm Chicken Noodle Bowl. Pretty much no chicken to speak of. It was mostly a bunch of cheap penne noodles for a big price. And the small drink I got was $3 ??Definitely just a cheap pasta place at a big price. Sad ?They used paper straws but EVERYTHING else was plastic. Bowls, forks, knives, ramekin.

I enjoy going there. The food is good, but the portion sizes are smaller with the same prices.

It wasn't busy when we went so service was quick. The food was hot when it got to us. It basically is a fast food joint with noodles. Some of us had better food than others but overall a good experience.

Should have known better to go into a restaurant at 630pm and it's practically empty, but I was wanting some Asian noodles and my kids were wanting Mac & Cheese. The Staff did an acceptable job of taking our order and bring us our food, but everything else (with another exception of the select-a-coke soda dispenser) was a disappointment. Three combo meals cost roughly $45 and the Spicy Korean beef noodles I got were greasy and overly sweet, the Ceasar side salad I got looked to be barely a 1/2 cup of Romanian Lettuce and a few croutons and no cheese. All three of our dishes were barely half full and the side of chicken noodle soup for one of my kids (both of which are teenagers) was definitely short of fluid cup. For $15 a meal I expect a lot more from food in quality and quantity. And on top of that the tables were so sticky our napkins stuck to them. A huge waste of money for subpar noodles. We will not be coming back.
