Ocha Noodles and Ramen

Don’t really know why this place was slow when we walked in on a Thursday night. This place deserves more business because their pho was really good and the owner was super sweet! The place was clean, rest of the staff was nice, and atmosphere was chill. Support local businesses and support them!!

I went here a few months ago. I live 2.5 hours away. I'm planning on coming again tomorrow. I can't wait!

The first time I came here was a few years ago and I enjoyed the pho & ramen. Recently, I tried the wonton soup, and that was delicious too. And then I tried the mango sticky rice and it was so good! This is my first time trying mango sticky rice so I have nothing to compare it to but it was delicious! Sometimes the flavor isn’t strong but this place is definitely worth the try!

Both mine and my fiancé’s ramen were completely missing the pork protein. The honey glazed wings were great. Curry gyoza were mid — they were missing a lot of flavor inside the gyoza and the curry.

We usually love Ocha. Seems to be going downhill.

I was disappointed by my experience here since the reviews were so positive and I’ve previously enjoyed meals at their sister location, Ocha Thai.

The food was fair to good, and it was served steaming hot. However, the service was exceptionally poor.

- They were out of roughly half the menu nearly 90 minutes before close. Our group had to try ordering at least two dishes each before we found an item they could serve.

- Our server gave our food to the wrong table, re-served the same dish to us when another customer pointed out the mistake, and didn’t bring us water until about 10 minutes after serving our food despite us asking for cups of water when we ordered. When we asked about our water, she walked away without acknowledging our question and then brought our water.

- The staff were generally not warm or welcoming, telling us they were “about to close” with more than an hour until the posted close time.

Overall, the food was decent, but it was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service. I do recommend Ocha Thai though, and it’s possible we just had an “off” day for them.

On more than one occasion, this place has literally saved my life when I was battling a brutal cold. Their pho is pure magic. No matter which style or protein you choose, chicken, beef, or tofu, it always hits. The broth is comforting, deeply flavorful, and somehow makes you feel like everything is going to be okay.I also really appreciate their takeout packaging. It is efficient, secure, and holds up perfectly every time. Even when I am sick in bed, it arrives just right, warm, fresh, and ready to heal.

And let me talk about the robot server at this and sister location .Yes, they have one. It rolls right up with your food like it is on a futuristic mission and somehow makes the whole experience even more memorable. All my friends that I’ve invited to the experience loved it.

The staff is friendly, the space is clean and cozy, and the food is consistently excellent. Whether I am dining in or delivery, or simply in need of a bowl of comfort,always delivers physically and emotionally.

Service is always wonderful and food is delicious!! We love Ocha Ramen!

It smells wonderful in the building and it is always clean no matter what part of the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will answer questions if you have any. I always get the double noodle. It is a full flavor extravaganza! I love the array of textures and flavors packed into this bowl. Ive ordered it many times and it is always on point and never lacking. I recommend eating here for sure.

So many good yummy things on the menu I wanted every thing! It smelled so good and was so yummy I didn't have the patience to take a photo first! I left with a food buzz! Like it put me in a relaxed locked in mood.

Loved our server. They were great. The drink selection was so much fun. And the menu was amazing. I really appreciate the gluten-free options as I know several people who need it. Our food was delicious, and it was fun to have it delivered by a little robot. I'm definitely trying something new when I go back.
