Absolutely never again. I've tried this place 3 times because it's close to my house. Tonight I took 4 family members and was immediately told that we could only take food to go bc all tables were full. I responded that we were ok with that , so we placed an order and were given a buzzer, even though the place is so small they could have just told us when it was ready. We waited 25 minutes and the buzzer didn't go off but I didn't go check bc they were busy so we just waited patiently...during which time the entire place emptied and all seats were open. The guy who waited on me walked over with a bag and rudely told our group that he buzzed us 4 times. I gave him the buzzer and said it is not working then. He sat the bag on the floor and walked away. When we got home I found that the sushi was a mess of rice and no crab meat. The ramen also leaked all over the bag and the back of my car. I returned to get a refund and the guy who waited on me walked away and wouldn't talk to me. What a waste of my time and my family who was visiting from out of town. I will never go to this place again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the kind of service they provide .

The food was really good tonight. I was introducing my son to more advanced ramen styles. I got the roasted duck and it really was good. I wish it had all been off the bone for the meat but that's a little issue. My son got the build your own and he enjoyed it, he wishes there were other veggies options because he isn't a cabbage or mushroom fan.

I’ll come back to get the pho. The tonkotsu ramen was average, the noodles were the best part, 6 min 1/2 egg was done right— meat was super tough and the broth was avg. The future is now: the food is served to you by a robot! ? ? variety of cute drinks in the cases. The boba tea place next door ain’t worth it.Edit: came back for the Pho and couldn’t get acknowledged - they left me hanging.

This place is fabulous. I wish I had taken a picture to post. I had the double noodle dish from the featured menu. Absolutely amazing! Wish I lived close enough to come here more often.
I have come to this establishment a handful of times and the experience has always been ..well not the best. The food its pretty good, unfortunately the Costumer service is what stops me from coming. I have always received an attitude from the older lady behind the counter. I waited 30 minutes for my food only to find out they didn’t make it. I had come in to dine in. When i arrived it was somewhat busy so i didn't think much about the wait but as i saw every one get their food and the restaurant cleared out i figure it was time to ask. I asked how much longer it would be for my food and thats when she told me she thought i left? I don’t understand why she thought i left after i had already paid and told her i was dining in. Probably worst experience I've had so far here.

I ate Miso Ramen It's a little bit spicy originally, but I put some spices for a more spicy flavor. Noodles and Meats were soft. And it has coriander a bit, but it's not too much. Enough. Will be back to try another delicious food again soon.

Do NOT Recommend this place. Ramen was Luke warm. Noodles were extremely undercooked and the broth in both the Shoyu and Tonkatsu was bland and not flavorful. Sorely disappointed. Ramen from Sam’s Club was exponentially better. Employee asked how the food was. I told them and they DID offer to fix the order.

Vegan options!! I had the plain fried rice with veggies and it was very fresh and tasty for a good price. Service was friendly and fast. They said you could get any of the curries vegan as well!
