Management needs to improve staffing. Went on a Sunday evening before closing and the gentleman at the register was about to cry. Prior to arriving he had to put a 5 minute break sign so he could use get some change. It was obvious and sad to hear that he was stressed out. Retail is brutal when the higher ups don't give sufficient help and drain you for every piece of youth you have left. Drink was great although they were out of bananas and coconut. The employee's at this location could use some retraining. The young lady at the register was great but the others were running around like they didn't know what they were doing yelling at each other. I couldn't see at the point of sale how dirty it was there until I was in line waiting for the order. After seeing the sheer disregard to cleanliness I threw away my drink. This is a location I will not be returning to.

We went here tonight while at the mall to get a smoothie and a shake. My fiancé had the blueberry pomegranate smoothie and I had the peanut butter shake. I wouldn't say that these were average. Wasn't very impressed with the consistency of the shake and the smoothie had almost no flavor at all. Won't be going here again.
