Pancheros Mexican Grill - Columbia Stadium

Just skip this location. Idk what it is with them but they're always low on stuff after 9pm. Half scoops of protein, beans, veggies... What's the point of being open late then? Was frustrated and went to the grindstone location and they're much better and actually give you proper portions. Been here so many times after the gym because it was conveniently right down the street but I'll definitely be making the drive southside instead.

I am a first time customer to Pancheros. I saw it in passing and thought I would try it. I ordered the chicken burrito. Let me tell ya, Pancheros gives Chipotle a run for their money.
The burrito was amazing!!! There was enough chicken that I just about had some in every bite, it was the perfect amount. The assembler even mised up the ingredients before expertly wrapping up the burrito. We happened to mention that it was our first time trying it. Miss Laura (sp, sorry if I spelled it wrong), the Mgr, introduced herself and welcomed us to the store.
10 out of 10 DO recommend :)

Mom, bf and I went there today for lunch due to snow on Monday. I know really weird. But bf called to check to see if another store was open just down from them and a wonderful employee went to check for us!!!! I was not looking at it being the greatest as some of the yelp reviews were bad. Imagine my surprise when we not only truly enjoyed our lunch but the hospitality of the employees and cleanliness of the restaurant was beyond compare! I have rarely left reviews but I’m extremely happy to make this one.

I somewhat liked pancheros until I went to this one. Incredible service, nicest employees, and TOP notch burrito. Will definitely be going back.

Service sucks here! It might have just been bad luck that I got the worst food service people on the planet but I do not plan on returning. They acted as if they were annoyed with me for asking for my food. So ticked off to the point I wanted to leave the food and walk away smh.

The service is quick, the prices are reasonable especially compared to Qdoba or Chipotle. Those places charge extra for steak or queso but Pancheros doesn't. Also, it seems a little silly but the tool they use to mix everything in your burrito before they fold it makes all the difference in the world. It's always hot, fresh and that fresh made tortilla can't be beat.

Always have my order right and ready to go.

Amazing place, service and food. You can go in and look at the menu before ordering. There was 0 wait because they make it in front of you, we picked bowls and they were delicious. The service was acceptable, and the cashier at the end was very nice and outgoing. The music is a little too loud for our taste, but it’s not too bothersome. Quick, healthy eating and delicious!

Me and my wife had burritos. They were amazing. We brought some back to the hotel for a snack later. It's definitely a must visit.

Much better than Chipotle. More food, better flavor.

The other day, when I went to Chipotle for a bowl, it was overly expensive and left me hungry. I had almost lost all hope for similar restaurants, but then I came to pancheros they gave me way more food and even tasted better. Pancheros over Chipotle every time.

Best fast-mex food in Columbia, by far!! Always slaps.
