If it's past 930 don't go here. Tried to get a family meal- they aren't cooking anymore food. Tried to order 2 bowls- couldn't fill them. Called 3 times- no answer. I'll just order regular Chinese and it'll be cooked to order. And yes, I work in the food industry for many years and this is a first.

Bigger plate. Entree spot filled with rice. Wrong order...broccoli beef instead of Beijing beef. Portion sizes keep getting smaller, and prices go up. Goodbye.

I waited to leave a review b/c lets face it, everyone had a bad day once in awhile. This is the 3rd time. They open at 10, and when I go through drive thru, seldom anything is ready. If you can't have the food ready when you open, then either open later or have people come in earlier.They like to give way more vegetables than meat, and even then, seldom portions are full, prob to save money, which I get, but not always at the consumers cost. The one time I decided to wait, they told me 20 min. 30 min still no food at 40 min, I said I want my money back, the cook said... I didn't know anyone was waiting!? Manager says, why you want your money back? She should know, she took my order. Food is seldom ready. Lots of veggies, little meat Smaller portions than what you pay for. Not worth the money.

I will never eat here again I order off of door dash and their was a roach in my crab ragoon this is so unsanitary and disgusting I am pregnant and ended up throwing up everywhere because of this I'll never eat here again

At the drive through, we were served broccoli with beef that was COLD. Not 150 degrees, not 135 degrees, but colder than body temperature! The manager took our receipt from us and said that we would see a refund after 3 to 5 days.
The manager offered us other dishes-it was a half hour before close but they didn't have anything else, and manager saying he knew why it was cold, but it wasn't a warming station issue. That made me dry heave at the window.
So now we are sitting here with no recipet for the health department and only a bank transaction that should? be refunded.

Every time since, the wait for service is lengthy, they frequently run out of options, and the food tastes as though it was sitting in the warmplates forever. We've been expecting lightning to strike again with an experience like our first, but we give up and won't waste more time and money here.

Asked the lady to clean a table for us and never showed up. They rushed me through the line and the kept messing up the order. They didn't know how to run during a busy stretch. Avoid this place.
I will never eat panda express again! I tried calling them. I’m not gonna drive up there so I took a picture after I got done eating. I looked down inside the box. It looks like a maggot so probably going to be sick. The next couple of days. It was broccoli and beef. Disgusting

They didn't want to severe us at all. My daughter and I stood at the front of the line, waiting to have our order taken, or even be acknowledged for 15 minutes before we decided to walk out the door. They just kept acting like there was nobody in the lobby even though they kept looking right at us as they continued to do whatever they were doing.
