Food was awesome. Service was prompt and friendly. Tables were somewhat dirty but to be honest, they were fairly busy.

The food here is usually pretty good unless you come at a weird time it’s sometimes cold ish. The super greens are hit or miss if they’re actually good or not. I wish those were more consistent. A little pricey but not too bad. Good portions.

Excellent customer service, especially from Sisi. She is so cheerful and kind to customers, and she gave me the perfect portion of orange chicken. Give her a raise if you can.

Lazy workers big line at 7:50 and refuses to make anymore food. There wouldn't of been any food waste because of the size of the line. They simply didn't want to do the job there paid for.

I've gotten Panda here three times now, at various points in the day. I've had really good Panda Express in mall food courts before, but something about this place is consistently "off" in a way that only a student-staffed location can be.The flavoring on the orange chicken and Beijing beef and a few other dishes is... musty, for lack of a better word. Even when it's fresh, it just tastes wrong, like they're not cleaning the utensils or pans right. The teriyaki chicken is fatty, greasy, and chewy in the worst way possible. The value is decent, but the quality just isn't there. Their "cream cheese rangoons" (I guess because they don't want to shell out for even imitation crab) are legitimately the worst Chinese-American staple food I've ever had, and the flavor of the breading is like cardboard. The fried rice and chow mein are perfectly serviceable when fresh — but unless you go at their absolute peak times, you're unlikely to get anything "fresh."If you're a student on a dining plan, just get Do Mundo's or Mort's instead, or get your money's worth at a regular dining hall. And if you're paying for this out of pocket, just get literally anything else 5-10 minutes away downtown. It's not worth it unless they make some serious changes.

I love Panda Express food, especially Green Bean Chicken and the Super Greens side. However, the unfriendly service and reduced portion serving size has finally convinced me to NOT return to this location.

We lived in AZ for a number of years and ate at Panda Express. We moved here and decided on Panda Express. We had to use drive thru. We ordered Orange Chicken with half and half noodles and rice. My wife asked for a glass of water. When we got our order, we drove off. When we got home, we noticed that we were charged for that glass of water. We were hungry so we dug in. The Orange Chicken was a BIG Disappointment. There was very little orange sauce on the chicken and it was dry. And this was at 5 pm when the chicken should be good. That along with the charge for a glass of water we have decided never to stop here again. I could understand a charge for water if that is all your getting buty there should be no charge for water with food. I hope that 35 cent charge makes up for the $9.00 bill for food they will never get from us again. What a way to run a restaurant. Don't think this place will last long.
