Food was awesome. Service was prompt and friendly. Tables were somewhat dirty but to be honest, they were fairly busy.

The food here is usually pretty good unless you come at a weird time it’s sometimes cold ish. The super greens are hit or miss if they’re actually good or not. I wish those were more consistent. A little pricey but not too bad. Good portions.

I just opened up a fortune cookie without a fortune.I'm in utter disbelief.Completely ruined an otherwise good semester.

Food is good, simple, and can expect consistency. Service is some what fast if you are on the drive thru lane. If you are inside ordering. You might be third in line to the drive thru, the online orders, etc. location is the same as others. It's clean, and adequate.

Excellent customer service, especially from Sisi. She is so cheerful and kind to customers, and she gave me the perfect portion of orange chicken. Give her a raise if you can.

Long but must read! I didn't even look at the reviews before I had to come post one then realize it has 2 stars as is. but I guess on with my experience... we are from out of town so it took a while to get to our food and realize the issue but we open our food from an already long night and realize there's hair in it. Okay fine. One piece, it's almost closing time we aren't gonna bother. So yea. We were being nasty and kept eating. But the more we ate the more hair that was found. 3 out of the 5 plates ordered had hair. So I called. I get a "manager" on the phone and Cassie, Cathy whatever her name was starts asking me to describe the hair, if it was as male or female, what color it was. Then finally asked for a picture. Like what?! I've never had someone ask me about the hair found in my food as if I kept it. Like what?! Then she goes oh so you said it was in the chow mein? Nope! Never stated exactly where I found it but that's exactly where it was found in all 3 plates. smh. So I ask her name again and she hung up on me!!!! Horrible experience. 10/10 would never recommend this place!

The best Panda Express ive been to

Lazy workers big line at 7:50 and refuses to make anymore food. There wouldn't of been any food waste because of the size of the line. They simply didn't want to do the job there paid for.

I've gotten Panda here three times now, at various points in the day. I've had really good Panda Express in mall food courts before, but something about this place is consistently "off" in a way that only a student-staffed location can be.The flavoring on the orange chicken and Beijing beef and a few other dishes is... musty, for lack of a better word. Even when it's fresh, it just tastes wrong, like they're not cleaning the utensils or pans right. The teriyaki chicken is fatty, greasy, and chewy in the worst way possible. The value is decent, but the quality just isn't there. Their "cream cheese rangoons" (I guess because they don't want to shell out for even imitation crab) are legitimately the worst Chinese-American staple food I've ever had, and the flavor of the breading is like cardboard. The fried rice and chow mein are perfectly serviceable when fresh — but unless you go at their absolute peak times, you're unlikely to get anything "fresh."If you're a student on a dining plan, just get Do Mundo's or Mort's instead, or get your money's worth at a regular dining hall. And if you're paying for this out of pocket, just get literally anything else 5-10 minutes away downtown. It's not worth it unless they make some serious changes.

Stopped in to eat in the dining room tonight and there was no heat. When an eating establishment has tables and chairs you're supposed to be able to sit inside and eat right? Half way through my meal the food was stone cold and I had to put my coat back on. My hands were frozen. I ended up throwing most of the food away. I would have been better off sitting in my car with the heat on. Total waste of money; I won't be going back.

This Panda Express is absolutely ridiculous. They can never seem to decide if you can do pick up orders at the drive through window, sometimes they will let you, sometimes they make you come in, unlike every other fast food restaurant in town! But tonight took the cake. After 20 min sitting in the drive through we were told to come in for pick up. We had to go in and stand in line in the regular order counter line for 15 min because they had stacked a bunch of shelves in front of the pick up counter so you can't wait there and other people were standing there for the entire time I was there without being helped. What's the point in ordering pick up if you still have to wait in line for 15 min to get your food? After I finally got to the front they requested I show them the app or my fiancées phone number to pick up the order when I gave them my fiancées name. I get asked fewer questions picking up schedule 2 drugs at a pharmacy. Every other pick up restaurant is fine with just a name for the order. Especially an uncommon one like my fiancées. It took them another 10 min to come back and help me when I told them I had to find the phone number in my phone and they walked off. How many people are gonna come in and steal an order under a super uncommon name like hers? It's ridiculous that it took 50 min to pick up an order that was supposed to be done before we arrived.

This is the WORST Panda Express I've been to. They were out of noodles and steamed vegetables and said all they could do was fried or white rice. Usually, they'll give an estimate for when more will be ready, nothing. I asked for no rice just some of the meats, they put fried rice on my plate. Then the meats were awful, I don't know how they messed them up. All Panda's should be about the same right? But the meat was soggy and almost un-flavorful. I went ahead and tried the rice, it was dry with little to no seasoning.

Tried again today. COLD FOOD. The "broccoli" was pieces of stalk which were like chewing up dried bamboo. 2 of us ordered at the drive-through, we received one napkin and one plastic fork, total. Almost $20 for a cold snack, and we had to share a fork.

Their mobile ordering took an hour!! I was waiting in the store for ages while the in-store ordering and drive through was moving very slowly but definitely faster. Never online order from here!
