The order taker was rude. I've been coming here for a while but this time kinda makes me not want to come back. No greeting nothing just the look of im bored don't come up to me. I also asked for no dairy but she clearly didn't hear me. I have a food allergy. Really need to train staff better.

I ordered online, but the majority of the ordered didn't show up. They told me id have to refund or pick up the rest myself, but they'd give me cookies to make up.
When they gave me cookies to make up for this error they gave me 4 oatmeal raisin cookies which is clearly trying to get rid of stuff that doesn't sell and just increased my irritation.

I am not leaving this review to discourage customers from dining here but I feel it is my responsibility to bring this to someone's attention.
When I ate here recently with my partner, I ordered a Mediterranean salad which we shared. The flavor was good and the food seemed fresh, but a day later my partner and I both fell very ill with food poisoning.
I do not know if this issue is due to mishandling of food items by employees or if it is an issue with the supplier. If this problem can addressed I would be happy to edit my review as I am not trying to harm the business, just trying to look out for others.

This panera is absolute garbage. They serve overpriced hospital food, they employ weird miserable people who lack professionalism and the store is constantly filthy with sticky counters and floors, dirty tables and trash overflowing from the cans. I'm truly shocked people choose to eat here Less than zero stars

The tables were dirty and the floors needed to be vacuumed. But the order was quick and easy.
The restaurant was dirty everywhere. There wasn't a clean table to sit at. The bathroom garbage was overflowing. Out of bread for sandwiches with still 2 hours to be open. Kitchen was filthy dirty qith garbage all-over the floor behind the counters. Talked to the manager and she couldn't have cared less. She said to not come back so I won't be back. DIRTY AND RUDE!
