Good half Bacon turkey bravo sandwich and French onion soup. Soup lacked chunks of bread and slab of cheese I typically expect on French onion soup. Soup also seemed to lack some of the flavor I feel I've gotten elsewhere.
Good coffee and less expensive than most, especially if you join the Unlimited Sip club. Nice place to meet friends, convenient, clean bathrooms, but could use some updating.

I normally do not do reviews but this place deserves one :) they are always so fast and accurate with my orders. Today I decided to order on DoorDash which does not accept personal preferences. I decided to call to try and get something added to my sandwich as well as crackers for my sick boy. Not only did they happily provide both but they also gave a free cookie with a note saying feel better! So sweet of them. I recommend coming here for good food from good people.

So smoky!
I cannot find a way to provide feedback to Panera elsewhere so I'm using this public forum.
It seems like ventilation is lacking. There is an oven that spews out billowy smoke. I'll hear a long beep coming from the kitchen. Then a staff member opens a large oven and out comes a cloud of smoke.
I only visit in the late afternoons and noticed this is an ongoing concern over the last few months. See the video below for full effect.

I would give zero stars if I could. The manager was no help and just wanted to point blame and argue. I put an order in online for pick up. Got home and realized it was not right. They claimed I ordered a bbq sandwich when I never would have considering I do not like bbq sauce. The manager proceeded to tell me I could call another number and talk to someone from their website which made zero sense. I spend a lot of money in that establishment but after the manager refused to do anything about the incorrect order I will not go back. The manager needs extra training so she can learn some customer service skills. She offered no assistance. If you must go to a Panera you are Better off going to a different location where they won’t mess up your order.

The best panera in Columbia for Sip Club members! They are always on top of getting my cup and being kind when they get it to me. The drink stations are always clean and they are always restocked on all of the drinks. They blend the coffee perfectly!! Much better than the other two Paneras! Thank you guys!!
I came in and the cashier Olivia was singing away looked at me twice but did not take my order til one of her coworkers pointed me out. She did not greet me, just stared waiting for me to speak not only that but she literally threw my cup towards me instead of setting it on the counter. I asked her where the drink fountain was and her response was “in the back” but gave me no sort of direction. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but she was absolutely rude. Other than that the food was delicious but tables were dirty.

First off the lady at the pickup counter was the rudest person I’ve had to deal with in a long time. Second, I ordered extra meat and cheese and there is NO WAY that this sandwich had anything extra to it! The restaurant had trash on the floor and dirty plates everywhere. Counter tops were sticky and gross. I will never come back to this Panera location again. I threw the steak and egg sandwich away and Soufflé away I was too concerned about getting sick.
