Staff are super friendly and recognize me by name any time I visit, the food and service is top-notch and even for being a busy location in a mall, they're never rude or make you feel rushed. One of the managers, I think his name is Steven, has helped me on multiple occasions and made me feel recognized and like he was happy to see me every time.

Every time I go to the mall I can smell this place all the way on the other side of the mall. It's not a good smell either. It smells like someone has a nasty fart. I don't know what makes this smell but I'm tired of it smelling like booty in the mall. I'm not the only one, I heard someone in front of me say the same thing today.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.The portion to cost ratio (value) is low. They basically heat things up for quick and easy eating... Therefore the quality is fair and not much better than average.On a side note, their packaging has some very liquid wicking material... I wouldn't be surprised if there are some PFAs on it... But I feel like that should be tested... Haha

Our Order was taken at 6:05pm. We were never told there was over a 30 minute wait and yet, we waited over 45 minutes for our food AND they ran out or Ingriediants for our meal. Then they never called out our name when it was done. Food was cold. I understand it can be a busy time....it was just frustrating. There was hair on our food. ? ?

I go here almost every day and love it! The employees are super nice and helpful. Being in the mall it gets pretty busy but they are quick to restock anything that runs out. My orders are also almost always ready well before the estimated time!! Way to go columbia mall Panera!

The food is always decent here, but the service is terrible. Almost every employee I talk to has an attitude with me, and they switch their policies constantly without letting customers know. I recommend not doing a pick up order if you want a friendly response from the workers.
