Maddie the manager is incompetent and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated as badly by an employee of a business. DO NOT GO THERE!

I've been DoorDashing for Papa John's locations around town and this has to be by far the worst location. They always get backed up anf most of the time they have no idea where your order is or have it hot and ready. Multiple times I've waited over 30mins for the incompetencey of everyone in this store. The person at the front will never check on you and people will line up out the door because they mix up orders. Management needs to figure out organization and brush their employees on the term customer service. Go to the Broadway location 10x better

SLOW You will wait forever for your order. If you are DoorDash, good luck on making any good money if you get an order for this store because your whole night will be taken up by waiting and then Customers not wanting their cold ass pizza because the workers let it sit for 15 mins before giving it to you.

I ask chicken, bacon and Roman tomatoes, where are they????? Really!!!! Please don’t pay extra for this, the Walmart has better and cheaper!!! Last time!!!!

I have ordered from this location for many years now and have never been mistreated, disrespected the way I was today. I ordered through mobile around 11:15am. The approximate time I was giving was to be 14 minutes for pickup. When I arrived there was an older lady with a walker standing at the counter waiting to put in a order. After nearly 10 minutes of me being there, I heard her speak up and ask if one of the two employees could come to take her order. The male employee responded that she would have to wait because he is too busy attending to another order. She replied back and said that she had been standing there for 20 minutes with no help, and he once again replied with a nonchalant attitude and told her to wait.
Another five minutes passed and he finally took her order. Meanwhile 3 other customers arrived during this time and all proceeded to wait between without being greeted or spoken to as I was also. After another approximately 10 minutes they each got there order only when the third employee clocked in. This situation continues to get worse... when another 10 minutes passed and multiple attempts trying to get them their attention. I was finally asked by an employee what was I was I waiting for, I spoke to her and mention that I had a mobile order. She asked the guy what was going on. He came to the counter spoke and said that he's busy and that I need to wait, I said in response to him that I've been waiting for now nearly 30 minutes when my order was supposed to be ready upon arrival after 14 minutes. He said that they had many large orders come in at the same time as mine. I told him I understand that but I have a problem that I have been waiting and at no point did he explain this to me nor address me at anytime. After I said this, he shrugged his shoulders and said it is what it is. I mentioned how his lack of respect is unacceptable, he told me that there is nothing he can do about it and I will have to continue to wait.
I did ask for a refund which I received and mentioned to him that I will be leaving a review not that he cares because this establishment is clearly not his. He then spoke and said that is fine and that he will be leaving in August to take a new job. My family and I own a local business here in town if one of my employees treated our customers in this way I would be highly disappointed. I hope whomever owns this local Papa John's establishment sees my post because this person clearly does not care about your business that he gets paid to help operate. This all happen on Friday, June 14, between the time of 11:15-12:15. I will not be returning!

I have never had a good experience as a customer at this location. Staff is always rude and disrespectful to customers. Pizza is never ready in time. I wouldn't recommend any one go here.

On four occasions now, we have ordered door dash and they tell our drives it was already picked up when it never was. Was getting frustrated with door dash when it's this location. Worst customer service over the phone, wouldn't ask for our information and didn't care one bit.

I was doing business in the next shop over. The papa John’s delivery driver backed into my car and then refused to give me their insurance info. Then had their coworker come outside to yell at and threaten me if I called the cops she would tell them she saw me drive into the back of her car.I reported the incident to papa John’s and I will never do business at this location. I can’t eat the food knowing these are the kind of people preparing it.The vehicle was a red Mazda 3 with plates RK8R4L. I don’t drive by the store anymore I go around to avoid their delivery drivers now. Even in the photo you can see how poorly she parked and almost hit the other car in the parking spot.
Third time for carry out where the app said it was ready and it wasn't. I waited 30 minutes standing in the store after telling them who I was and they never told me my order was ready despite standing 3 feet from the register waiting. 3rd party drivers flooded the "lobby", or the 12 square feet we could. No bathroom or seats in the store. The store is a disaster, papa johns needs to cancel their franchise agreement with whomever owns the place. The workers are doing the best they can but need good management and an owner who cares.

BEWARE: They ate our food! If you notice towards the right of our Cinnamon Pull Aparts there's a chunk missing, and whoever ate it then took the time to cover the bottom of the pan with FROSTING to camouflage it. We called the manager who said they'd give us a full refund on our entire order. Five minutes later we get a call from the Timothy, the 'actual manager' who said, "That wasn't the manager you talked to but an employee, and I can only give you a refund on the Pull Aparts. If you want a new batch, you'll have to pay for delivery." Then he tried to blame our Door Dasher, as if the Dasher had frosting in her car to cover up the bottom of the pan with. Good one. This is just gross. Shame on you!

Well I'm a part-time door dash operator. I was at this location if that's the photograph I took to show my customer that I was there but I had the darn this time to get there because the GPS maps told me how to get there. But I didn't see the place I hadn't been there before and it was night time. GPS kept saying your destination is to the right but I look to the right and I seen nothing and there's a grocery store in that shopping area or that strip mall and its lights were on sign lights every business that I seen that I seen their lights run their signs and some of the lights were on inside the business but I didn't see Papa John's Pizza at all until I seen another vehicle that had a Papa John's light on top of the roof I said okay well there's a Papa John's delivery car where is Papa John's though and I just and I finally thought well been serious okay I'm right here but where and it was right there on the corner but you know what The reason why I couldn't find it or see it never been there before was because their sign above the entrance way to get in the store was burnt out yeah the light was not on so therefore I could not find Papa John's which is a red lettering it was not on The sign was not lit up at night time everybody else assigns was lit up everyone else's signs were lit up except Papa John's yeah the lights on and people were working right there there's a lady working but her outdoor sign light was off and I'm adoredash operator trying to find the restaurant made me feel like a real fool. So I go in there and I'm talking to the customer voice to text telling her about how hard it was for me to find that place and the worker behind the cashier said something about why I don't want to have to call DoorDash support tonight I said you can call them all you want I don't care You're the one that don't have your sign light on outside you had the lights are on and hear you're working but nobody could find you I couldn't find you and I'm talking to this to the customer not you buddy or DoorDash I said I'm my own boss. They did give me the meal shoved it at me held the door open for me to get out and then tell me I couldn't park where I parked I told the girl I said I can park wherever I want to park this is just a parking lot is not a street I didn't block any entrance ways nor did I block any roads it's in a parking lot I said I didn't have a very good experience here because your light was out you didn't pay your sign light bill but you paid your working light bill so you can work inside yeah that's my only complain about this place Papa John's didn't turn on their sign light I couldn't find it at night I found it but it was difficult. And then when I spoke about it to the people working they got triggered off of me expressing myself about not being able to see their sign outside at night cuz the light wasn't on inside of it.
