Called this location by mistake (thanks Google) with an order issue from the Broadway location. Asked for the number for the Broadway store, was given the number for Dominoes pizza. Message received Papa John's, I'll be sure to take my business to them next time.

Kind of a dirty hole in the wall of the strip mall. Food was late, still come here because the food comes out right at the least.

Waiting over an hour for an order scheduled almost 2 hours in advance. Simple order 2 pizzas 1 1topping 1 2 topping

We ordered two pizzas online at 4pm and requested delivery for 6pm. At 6:10pm they were just starting to make the pizzas according to the tracker. The pizzas finally made it to the house at 6:47pm. According to the tracker if was about 10 minutes for delivery, so the issue was completely on Papa Johns. This is the third time we have had this experience. The pizza did taste good, but not worth waiting almost an hour past the time we asked for delivery when we ordered two hours prior to wanting them.

I've been DoorDashing for Papa John's locations around town and this has to be by far the worst location. They always get backed up anf most of the time they have no idea where your order is or have it hot and ready. Multiple times I've waited over 30mins for the incompetencey of everyone in this store. The person at the front will never check on you and people will line up out the door because they mix up orders. Management needs to figure out organization and brush their employees on the term customer service. Go to the Broadway location 10x better

SLOW You will wait forever for your order. If you are DoorDash, good luck on making any good money if you get an order for this store because your whole night will be taken up by waiting and then Customers not wanting their cold ass pizza because the workers let it sit for 15 mins before giving it to you.

I have ordered from this location for many years now and have never been mistreated, disrespected the way I was today. I ordered through mobile around 11:15am. The approximate time I was giving was to be 14 minutes for pickup. When I arrived there was an older lady with a walker standing at the counter waiting to put in a order. After nearly 10 minutes of me being there, I heard her speak up and ask if one of the two employees could come to take her order. The male employee responded that she would have to wait because he is too busy attending to another order. She replied back and said that she had been standing there for 20 minutes with no help, and he once again replied with a nonchalant attitude and told her to wait.
Another five minutes passed and he finally took her order. Meanwhile 3 other customers arrived during this time and all proceeded to wait between without being greeted or spoken to as I was also. After another approximately 10 minutes they each got there order only when the third employee clocked in. This situation continues to get worse... when another 10 minutes passed and multiple attempts trying to get them their attention. I was finally asked by an employee what was I was I waiting for, I spoke to her and mention that I had a mobile order. She asked the guy what was going on. He came to the counter spoke and said that he's busy and that I need to wait, I said in response to him that I've been waiting for now nearly 30 minutes when my order was supposed to be ready upon arrival after 14 minutes. He said that they had many large orders come in at the same time as mine. I told him I understand that but I have a problem that I have been waiting and at no point did he explain this to me nor address me at anytime. After I said this, he shrugged his shoulders and said it is what it is. I mentioned how his lack of respect is unacceptable, he told me that there is nothing he can do about it and I will have to continue to wait.
I did ask for a refund which I received and mentioned to him that I will be leaving a review not that he cares because this establishment is clearly not his. He then spoke and said that is fine and that he will be leaving in August to take a new job. My family and I own a local business here in town if one of my employees treated our customers in this way I would be highly disappointed. I hope whomever owns this local Papa John's establishment sees my post because this person clearly does not care about your business that he gets paid to help operate. This all happen on Friday, June 14, between the time of 11:15-12:15. I will not be returning!
