Made an order, my Door Dash driver picked up my order; he / she was blocked in by the Papa Jon’s delivery semi. They waited to see how long it would take; I called about 20 min later to figure out a resolution. The girl that answered didn’t know her head from her rearend, apparently the manager didn’t have the time to deal with the issue. Basically told me they would make a new pizza or I could cancel and replace my order. That means I would have to wait an additional 40 min at least to get another order delivered. Didn’t do anything to “satisfy the customer”. I’m not a hard guy to deal with and being a small business owner; I treat all my customers right. Whether a refund or make a brand new product free of charge…or ship for free. At least a comped meal sometime would have been nice. I guess that the deal we all get now…pay twice for sh!t service. Thanks Papa John’s! I be back two weeks from never! I hope you don’t treat everyone like sh!t.

Ordered online for no contact delivery and it said it was delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. My friends and I looked all over the porch and didn't see it. We called and they were going to send a new pizza. I sat next to the window and waited for 20 minutes and went to a different room. I got a call from the original delivery driver 10 minutes later and she told me that it was in the chair where she left it the first time. I said that my friends and I checked there and all over the rest of the porch and never saw it. I also said that I was waiting by the window and never saw it. I go to the door again and all of a sudden, the pizza is in the chair and it's cold. Instead of getting the new pizza that had been made to replace the old pizza we were made to keep the pizza that had been who knows where For the past hour

I ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak pizza for $18.00. It was a cracker. There was barely anything on it. I had no idea this variety has no tomato sauce...it would be nice if they told you this upfront. But almost half the pizza had literally nothing on it...no vegetables, no meat, just crust. The meat was little teeny tiny pieces. There weren't too many more green peppers, either. This is $18.00, folks. What a ripoff. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. And their website for giving feedback does not work...it won't let me put the address of this store. I always enjoyed Papa John's, but I doubt I will be buying here again for a long, long time after this.Parking: parking lot is hard to back up in, very small.

Ordered a vegan pizza and it's vegetarian. Cheese sauce based is not vegan option. Please remove it as option on your menu.
