The place is nice good employees and nice atmosphere . The Chicken Katsu Curry. The Curry was under seasoned and the katsu way over cooked. We also got the bulgogi nachos and not enough toppings and average flavor.

I rarely submit a negative review but felt compelled to do so. My wife and I went to Park Restaurant for Sunday brunch. We arrived at around 12:45. There were only about a dozen customers in the restaurant. But we waited and waited for someone to take our drink order. Finally a young man came over after clearing a table (no need to rush because there were plenty of open tables). Along with our entrees I ordered a mimosa. I waited and waited for it. It finally showed up with an explanation that it was the server’s first time to make one. No bartender on staff today. When our food arrived, one order was okay but mine was not. The eggs were desert dry even though I’d ordered “over medium” and I got sausage instead of the bacon I’d ordered. When I asked twice for strawberry jelly, I only got mixed fruit and grape jelly. The only positive about our experience is the server was pleasant but everything else was unacceptable. We will not be back until I hear that some major improvements have been made.

We went for a work event and I was impressed by the prompt service for such a large group. Food was good and portion sizes were big.
I’ve heard so many great things about this restaurant and was looking forward to trying it out for myself, however, I have to say that my visit on 2/15/25 was disappointing. There was a 20 minute wait for a table in an almost empty restaurant. I received what I believe to have been powdered or reconstituted eggs, which I find unacceptable in this type of establishment. This substitution would have been nice to know up front so I could have the option to select a different dish. In fact, my entire meal was “off” as the French toast had something going on with it as well that I can’t quite put my finger on. The other diners who were with me weren’t too impressed with their meals either. I’m not sure if I would come back.

Salad was 50/50 rotten (see pics) lettuce and other half was just straight cheese.
The Brussels sprouts had little to no flavor.
Fish was good.
The poke bowl should have been called a poke soup with how much sauce they put on the food.

I’ve been to Park or had takeout 4-5 times and it’s never been great. The entrees I’ve tried were plain or disappointing. Cheese curds are good though. I was also double charged for an appetizer one time and no one ever got back to me. I called 2 more times to try to have it resolved with no success.

I was very excited for the Guinness Stew. But I paid $20 for greasy water with carrots. Not even one single piece of meat. I tipped. I'm hungry but I'm afraid the grease water will be to hard to stomach. I have pictures.

Good food, terrible service. Waited 2 hours for a burger and two fish and Chips. The restaurant wasn't full at all. Only couple of tables were occupied and one large table with 20 people. Unacceptable! 👎🏼
Got food poisoning from coconut salmon. Threw up all night.

We had a large table for a birthday party on a Friday night. We enjoyed most of the evening drinking, eating, and laughing. Unfortunately the manager approached our table at the end of the night when most of the restaurant had cleared out and “scolded” us for being loud. She said there were several complaints and we needed to be quiet. Never in my life have I been in trouble at a public restaurant. Luckily our waiter, Andrew, was wonderful and made our evening memorable. I think your manager might need a lesson in communicating with customers, specifically those that spend a lot of money. I won’t be returning and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

We've been there twice. The first experience was quiet nice. The food was good, the service was good, nice environment. Which is what you expect when you go to out to eat.
The most recent experience was terrible. The hostess seemed put out when our party arrived (in their defense, 2 of the six arrived 5 minutes after the first 4) for a reservation @ 7:45. They close at 9, so maybe she was just ready to get out of there.
The waitress was friendly, but seemed like she hadn't been notified that we were seated. Eventually our drink orders were taken and appetizers ordered.
The nacho plate was good, but the calamari was lukewarm.
Entrees were either cold (butter on grilled chicken breast never melted) or seemed like it was the dregs of the day (Guinness beef stew had little by the way of beef, vegetables or broth but plenty of cooked down fat)
Can't say we'll ever be back. Daughter was in college there, graduated so not an issue going forward. Maybe it was an off night or just too late for them but if we were in town again, wouldn't be on the list of places we'd eat at.
