Delicious food..

I love their steak something sandwich. But there fries is a 5/10 they are over cooked and to many over fried. Over all good place

This would have been a 5 star but the fry’s I got were SOOOO SALTY. So salty that I couldn’t eat them. It was like taking salt right out of the shaker and putting it right into your mouth. I think it was maybe because I got the last of the fry’s in the warmer because almost all of them were small pieces and just a few long fry’s. Other than that the sandwich was great.

Fries were much too salty in my opinion, but the sandwich was awesome. I got a large but couldn't eat it all. The food here was a nice change from Subway. While ordering, it was easy to customize toppings for our orders.
Unfortunately there was no apparent kids menu though, so I had to buy a size small for my toddler and she ended up only being willing to eat a tiny portion of that. The bathroom also did not have a changing table so I had to have my daughter lay on the floor.

Had a sub made by Austin. Want to give him a shout out for excellent service. He takes makes sure it is made the why I want. I am particular with my subs and he responded great detail to my request. Penn Station hires great people, makes awesome subs and is am enjoyable experience.

I've always loved Penn Station but had a great customer service experience today so wanted to leave a review. The store had a computer system outage a couple weeks ago and I received an incorrect order, so I reached out and they made it right immediately. And I mean they responded to my email within 15 minutes. Ive been going to this location for over a decade and it's consistently high quality with great staff.

The food was fantastic...

Food was amazing. I had the Philly. Zach & Matt were super helpful and had the most positive attitudes ever. Way to go!!

Tonight I decided to try Penn Station for the first time. I was not disappointed! From the minute I walked in the 3 young men working were all super nice and very helpful. I tried the Philly steak sandwich with fries and it was delicious! The fries are cut fresh and are delicious! The lemonade is perfect...not too sweet and not too sour. I will be back!
