Amazing
I've always loved Penn Station but had a great customer service experience today so wanted to leave a review. The store had a computer system outage a couple weeks ago and I received an incorrect order, so I reached out and they made it right immediately. And I mean they responded to my email within 15 minutes. Ive been going to this location for over a decade and it's consistently high quality with great staff.

Food was amazing. I had the Philly. Zach & Matt were super helpful and had the most positive attitudes ever. Way to go!!
Tonight I decided to try Penn Station for the first time. I was not disappointed! From the minute I walked in the 3 young men working were all super nice and very helpful. I tried the Philly steak sandwich with fries and it was delicious! The fries are cut fresh and are delicious! The lemonade is perfect...not too sweet and not too sour. I will be back!

This location is family owned and it shows. They were very personable and friendly they cared and made arrangements regarding my mushroom allergy and usually I have to beg the penn stations in my home town to just listen. My food was brought to my table which I was not expecting and the young man said he was extra careful without me even having to ask him to. I appreciate that.
